  The glue will be poisonous for the cats no? That stuff would get stuck in the cat's claws and it will stay while they groom themselves. I'm worried about your cats now.

  We use pva glue (school glue) which is non-toxic, small children use that in preschool. The glue is on the backside, and the cats scratch the front side so they don't get to it. My cats are healthy and fine, thank you for your concern for their wellbeing ❤

  I didn't attach it to a sofa, because I don't want them to associate scratching with the sofa. I attached it to a large speaker with double-sided tape

  yes but it's not always necessary. I paint the furniture with several layers of acrylic paint, and that protects the furniture from water.

  The best glue for cardboard is simple PVA glue (school glue). i also use hot glue where i want the glue to dry fast.

  i never tested what is the limit. We put on the table heavy soup pot and several dishes and plates, and it doesn't bend.

  The furniture is not hollow, inside there are cardboard reinforcements, and they are in the right direction to use the strength of the cardboard. in the class i teach how to do that.

  This is fascinating... I've studied Hebrew only a small amount just enough to see my name without complete definition... I love this because I can crochet my granny squares now listening to Hebrew actually being spoken... This is a complete thrill to be able to do so... The merciful will obtain mercy... I've been in search and sent prayers on behalf of the innocent...
