    Hi, I am thinking of a scenario of agreement, when you have a patent from USPTO, you sign a agreement with a licensee, what is the normal terms for the licensee to sell the goods outside USA? Which you and licensee both don't have a patent. thanks

    Hi, how are the common terms if licensee sell product in a country where the patent was not protected, a patent issued by USPTO only protected in USA, how about licensee sell in Canada etc… thanks

    Hello, I have a question about maintenance fee so if you can answer I would appreciate it. I will start selling on amazon in US. I will launch a product that is similar to a product on amazon. I checked and they have utility patent that expired on 08/30/2019 due to non-payment of maintenance fee. As far as I know they have 2 years window to pay the maintenance fee. Its been almost 5 years now they didnt pay the fee. So when I start selling they will want to stop me using their patent. My question is: Can this abandoned patent be revived? If yes then I dont want to start selling on amazon. Thank you

    She signed her first contract at 15-16. That was in that contract. As soon as that contract was over, she made sure she could keep all of her masters. She also put something about every artist being paid more for royalties or a larger portion from streaming. It was pretty gutsy to do it. You can look it up very easily to see exactly what it was. Her label is Republic Records.

    THANK YOU PATENT PROFESSOR but I suggest it's best to use totally different names going forward (i.e. JOHN & JOE are too similar and may confuse the viewers) perhaps use John Doe and Stacy's Bagels instead...Bob's Bagel Factory was fine...again, thanks!

    An easier is to understand your patent is to know it rated nature of its form like films or tv shows, or you might meet the wrong attorney who cant understand its nature or cant conceive its purpose to access the right companys to work for you. Sometimes you might have to do it yourself, until you see find some that may be chosen to understand.

    The straps are a good idea but the labels are pointless. Why would you spend extra money on this just to have them wear out faster because you’re putting them on in the same position every time? You should be rotating that fitted sheet to get the most out of it.

  • @emilyz.3419
    @emilyz.34192 ай бұрын

    Why would i turn my bedsheets? Of course you can switch top and bottom, but rotating the sheet 90° only works if your mattress is as wide as it is long. Trying to put a fitted sheet onto the mattress only to discover that it's on the wrong way is the most frustrating thing ever, which is why this product exists.

What do you charge for a non-provisional patent application that includes office actions? What are your strategies pertaining to prior art searching? I know this can be difficult given the simplicity or the complexity of an invention, but just give us a range would be helpful. -Stephen Key

    After 20 years of doing this what I’ve learned is, don’t call anybody just do it yourself because of the person that you’re find it does not believe in you or your idea they can suck all your money down and leave you high and dry. I seen it happen to many people It’s ridiculous what they charge to crush your dreams in the end and you might be a patent attorneys, but you know that to be true.
