I'm a programmer and I got this in 2024. The KhiCAS is a must have if you dont care about approval for tests. There is not enough space but I could simply delete the most bulky and useless app -- geometry and install KhiCAS 😂. It's a game changer.

If you do require the time and efficiency and not mind the bugs in some programs or the running procedure, choose HP Prime [or just run in the desktop]. I do not know the pros and the cons between TI-CXII CAS and the the HP Prime (v2) in some aspects or in the fields, maybe some people experienced and skillfully to use them well, by long time trying and explore with many fail cases, to overcome the input difficulties. My previous head director can use his advanced sci-calculator well with the input program many years ago. I should have the same status to like him!

just bought this one. for me its perfect for a desk obviously or on top of a dresser, TV stand, or kitchen counter perhaps - great calculator for home or office use. yeah its large but its a desktop calculator with an XL display, better large than small. This would be a great model for a young child doing math homework or an elderly person due to its large buttons and display. I like all the functionality this one has, more than a typical desktop model. A scientific calculator is small and mobile - perfect for backpacks and school use. Just a guess that AC button probably stands for All Clear The only thing I dislike about it is Casio made it semi difficult to change the tiny LR44 battery, instead of a small door to open to make the process simple and user friendly you have to take it apart, basically split it in half to do it and then reassemble with its 4 screws

The character keys on NSpire are very useful when you calculate a term multiple times. On Prime you need always to switch to alpha when storing a variable and the orange characters are very difficult to read when you wear glasses or have bad light conditions.

Hi, to me it's time to use cell phones that included a keypad... it looks like have a product of the big apple with more unnecsesary and many, many touches for a simple calculation. Maybe because I'm older and all my student and Profesional life as Engneer, I always used all models of CASIO and Texas Instruments. The device looks pretty nice, but I won't change it for my all TI-83 or TI -84. Learn a new way to use all that number of menus and sub menus doesn't worth it, just in my opinion right? Other way it looks very well for Basic or High School students. Another way, it's a great and informative video. I didn't know that brand.
