Stoked for this! Your fitness channel is what helped propel me to get in awesome shape and open my own gym, which I’ve now had for 8 years. I’d love to see content based around body part specializations, optimizing V02max, and the long-term mindset needed to train forever. 💪🏻

I think videos on fitness”after 40” and videos on managing stress, kids, food, single parent all would be an asset to most people these days. Many of us are not in the business mindset as you said. I would stick to what the average health enthusiast is going through. Also your experience with trying 30 day cold plunge, 30 day sauna…. Thise would be cool

Thanks for ending business content, i know your priorities change with age. Even beyond information sharing platform, youtube is heavily an entertainment platform. Business cant be learnt from a video, dont think fitness audience are businessmen, they are straight the opposite if anything, and its boring to average viewer anyway.

I started following you cause of your fitness content, I'm so happy that you're coming back to your roots! I've always thought you are the best, you've always been my fitness mentor, I wish you the best in all your endevours, your bussiness content was truly amazing too, but I relate more to your fitness side and please don't go back to Testosterone replacement therapy, you don't need it, now as a natural fitness model and coach you'll get more new followers and more importantly you'll be in peace with your health and your mind!!

Hi Vince, i originally tuned in to watch your fitness videos, I thought they were great. Honestly i paid less attention to the business content as thats not my career aspirations. Also, you could incorporate your personal life into your videos. A lot of folks can relate to being single dad in your forties, balancing career and kids, just a thought. All the best. BTW.. disregard the haters I will never understand why people watch videos just to make disrespectful comments.. i have no time for that stupidity.

I wish you luck in getting back your best physique.I believe most people would appreciate honesty through the process rather than final result (TRT story). Stay safe!

9:36 nothing beats being 100% authentic you. I appreciate your transparency and I’m enjoying as I’m sure many are watching you rebuild yourself. Going forward be careful too not substitute one idol for another. As your brother in Christ I encourage you to keep God first and His spirit the power fueling your transformation. Crucify your flesh and lean on Him and not yourself. Praying for your marriage.

This guy is admitting to do everything he constantly complained about other guys doing. Like he was pure and just once and awhile made a mistake. This has been so funny to see. He uses test, excessive amounts of caffeine, drug stimulants, porn addiction, out of wedlock sex, didn't show his partner and family enough support, ...

If your aging and your joints are starting to hurt and your feeling tired and lacking motivation, there's nothing wrong with coming back up to your prime levels and getting your energy back. You simply seem to have this guilt for whatever reason. If your okay being tired, getting flabby, having your joints hurt and so on, than that's your choice. If I'm being honest with you, it seems like you stopped to try and win your wife back, but you neglecting yourself to win someone over will only hurt you. Its not about working harder, once a man hits a certain age your body will never be able to produce its prime levels, no matter how hard you work. Proper test levels not only delay but reverse arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular problems and most all ailments associated with ageing. If your pride of wanting to be natural is haunting you that much and you'd rather deal with all the issues of getting older that's your choice, but i can't understand why you feel so ashamed that your taking measures to offset all those ailments that effect quality of life, other than if your ex wife made you feel guilty and ashamed of it

The only reason you should quit fapping is to retain sexual energy. Porn doesnt fuck with your brain. It fucks with your ability to seduce or satisfy your woman. You need that sexual energy/tension. If youre busting nuts all the time you are weaker and have less charisma in all fields. You wont be as great around women and you wont be as confident in business deals

Vince great video man, first question, are you from Jersey? I am, and you remind me of a dude I used to train with back in the mid-90s. Back to the subject of the video I've been on trt for 7 years now my levels were in the 100ng/dl range.. very low after being on testosterone for about 6 years I went from a urologist to an endocrinologist the endocrinologist had checked my labs and saw that my prolactin levels were extremely high and assumed I might have a tumor blocking my pituitary gland sure enough this was the case. He then went on to tell me this is the reason why my testosterone signals aren't reaching my testes from my pituitary gland and therefore this is the reason why my testosterone levels are so low he then prescribed me cabergoline which I've been taking for a few months now and the tumor non cancerous, is shrinking, and my prolactin levels are normal I would like to revisit producing my own natural testosterone being that I now know what the issue was he told me that once I restart my hpta access I should be able to produce adequate amounts of testosterone now. My ultimate question is how did you come off what was your protocol to do so did you go cold turkey did you use some type of medication to restart your axis. Again I've been following you for years throughout your KZread journey and I appreciate all the information that you have given over the years and for being Soul transparent and open with us I can't believe it's been that long! When you said 2011 I had to think to myself you have been a staple on KZread for quite some time now
