I was considering buying a slinky, now I want one just to see how smart my squirrels are, ha ha!!!
that's funny 🤣. please let me know how smart he is. I have moved senses and the 🐿️ around here are not as smart as the one on the video.
love that guy one day he will get there
5 volt?? My LED strip is 5v
can you show how to connect 4 lines to that power supply?
please explain more. are talking about just white light?
With this would you need to still need inject power on the other side ? Or can this be powered off the one end ?
if you have 24V only if you go over 32 feet. if you have 12V only if you go over 16 feet unless you tap in the middle. what mean by that is if you have 12V and 32 feet of LED then you can tap in the middle at 16 feet then the power will go both ways. I hope this will make sense
@@thebesthowtobyclem6908 Thanks youve fixed my issue.
Put a piece of cardboard behind the outer fan to avoid gouging the coil
Dang the stupid music makes it hard to hear you and is distracting.
I have watched hours of videos on this topic. This was the only video that helped me. Thank you
I'm glad thank you for your comment. please if you have not done so, please give the video a thumbs up, it will help me. my wife and I also have a 2nd channel "It's All About Food & Places" only if you are interested. 😊
I see you ran 2 300 strippes . What is the limit if the wattage is increased
Squirrel is about as sharp as a bowlingball
KZread algorithms strike again
what do you mean by that?
Thank you so much, I almost threw away the bag.
I'm glad I was able to help.
Not a good idea! This wattage per foot will require a welding hood when you turn them on. You should never run that many watts on one power supply. Your asking for a fire.
I have been doing this for over 10 yrs. Our company has done work for major companies and high end restaurants and several islands with highly satisfied customer and very little call backs if any. So my friend, I do have some knowledge about this subject. Unless you are misunderstanding something I said.
Birds aren't electrocuted on power lines because they aren't grounded. The key for keeping Squirrels off feeders may be using relatively low voltage current wired in a way that grounds the squirrels as they climb up but won't shock the birds. Any ideas?
Great video. But can we stop putting background music on instructional videos. It makes it hard to hear and focus on the instructions
point taken. thank you
Thank you for this video. I am hoping you can help me with a question. I’m looking to hardwire one of these PS, as a drop in replacement for a 12VAC PS, so I can convert to leds with dc power. The current PS is hardwired and wired to a wall on off switch on the incoming end (so two wires to each line, neutral and ground screw), and wired to a splitter to run 12v in two directions on the outgoing end. Are the power supplies like the ones you featured in this video suitable for that purpose? Thanks for any guidance you can provide
yes. most 12V PS can handle 110 to 220V and they can be hardwired in. I hope this helps you
@@thebesthowtobyclem6908 thank you. That would seem to make sense, but wanted to double check.

Nice work… I make concrete countertop overlays that look like wood with my rendition of tree bar…
Thanks for the compliment
i have 4 lengths of pixil tape can i put 2 24v power supplies on the beginning and the middle?
I'm not familiar with pixil tape. But most 12v and 24v LEDS you are able to put power on front end and the middle and on the end because the power can travel either way, except if it is a one directional LED or must get power on one end only. I hope this helps
👍
I am trying to hook up lights on a 12v 100 amp battery, regular 12v bulbs keep burning out. Thinking of using led lights, any suggestions?? Thanks. How would I reduce amps to 10 amps??
What is the application?
@@thebesthowtobyclem6908 I changed to lithium batteries on my 36v 1992 Club Car golfcart, everything went good until my lights stopped working. 12v bulbs start smoking and burn out.
Awesome job!
Thank you
Great job on your design techniques in the video …I could not tell what you used on the detail in the knots. Again, great job on technique! 👊
Great video! Tip #5 add dishwashing soapy bubble mix to diaphragm to make it slip on nice and easy. Pro tip: NOT ribbed for her pleasure
thanks ....please suggest....i have brought LED string lights from USA to india. now looking for a correct power supply.......details....LED Outdoor String lights with ST38 Bulbs...Model: CMC-O501 Total Length: 100FT Number of sockets: 50 each Voltage: 120V Wattage: 1W Bulb Type: ST38LED Voltage in India : 230 volts Please suggest Thanks
I normally do not use 120V LED. But the formula is the same to figure out the W. But the difference is the you will need a PS from 230V down to 120V.
Dear Sir, I don't subscribe easily, but you and your content deserved to be subscribed!😊
Thank you
Great tutorial Clem. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, much appreciated!
You are welcome
Hi Clem, and greetings from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Just discovered your KZread channel today and this video in particular. WOW…having just become a Pro Plus member of the CloudPano family, I must say that I’ve learned more about CP via your video than all of the conversations, demos and text conversations I’ve had recently. I noticed that your video is about a year old. I trust you are still doing well. I may have to communicate with you via your email. Best regards, Randy

All I want to know is how the heck I can get a constant Voltage reading from my 12.6 V 3S2P Li-Ion battery after connecting it to a non-RGB Led strip [2m] light. I get voltage drop and my volt meter does not give me an accurate reading when the LED strip light is plugged in. All I want the Volt meter to do is give me a percentage of the battery capacity that is left in the battery. Nothing else. Battery: 50Ah LED (Red) 12V - 2m Strip
I'm sorry, I'm not able to help with that.
I have a 2019 377MBS and will be doing this mod. Thank you for your video, Clem. I'm wondering if the ductwork is needed - why not just use the existing chase and fan installation you did, but skip the round duct. That's how it was originally getting air to the bedroom, and now we have a good fan for additional flow to that room. Is the 4" duct needed? Or can we seal any gaps in the chase with aluminum tape and just use it as is?
Great question, You can use aluminum tape but it would be difficult to seal it 100%. If you use the existing chase then the Wood is susceptible to moisture damage, warping, and decay over time. This can lead to leaks in the duct system, reducing efficiency and potentially causing damage. Wood can harbor mold and mildew if exposed to moisture, which can degrade indoor air quality and pose health risks to occupants. so the 4"Aluminum duct work does not promote mold growth and helps maintain better indoor air quality. I hope this helps. Subscribe to my channel if you have not done so and give the video a thumbs up because it will help my channel. Thank you. If you have any more questions please let me know.
What fun watching this little guy!
Check to see if you can fully open the door to the retention magnet on the outside of the trailer. On my 2019 377MBS, the new lock touched the exterior wall before the magnet made contact. I printed a 1/2" standoff so the magnet could reach the door and hold it securely when open, yet keep the new lock handle from touching the wall.
Thank you for bringing that out. On my unit it's about 1/16 away from the wall. it does not leave any marks on the wall and the magnet has been working fine. but I have not notice that to be a problem with mine, but I had to go out after I read your message to check see how close it was. But your suggestions for those that do have an issue sounds like a great option. Thank you. I hope that you subscribe to the channel because I have some great videos coming. I was given permission to go to the RV supershow in Tampa the day before the crowds. Plus I interview someone with HDT that maybe you will find interesting.
Hilarious 🤣 love those eyes !!!
Thank you. If you would be inclined to give the video a thumbs up I would appreciate it.

Beautiful, but looks like a lot of work.
It is but satisfying
Now it's the "100th Squirrel Theory".
Can’t believe they can sell these power supplies to the general public with exposed mains voltage whilst in use - surely a safety concern !
I agree. Ideal to put them in a comtex box
Hello Clem I have a job where rbgw led strips will be place in a hometheater 5 sections vertical strips 6ft 6inches on the left then on the right and one each in the left /rear rear. I purchased 2 transformers 300 watts 24v one for each group 5leds per transformer. Do I need to add power at the end of each to avoid voltage drop
How long are your runs for each LED strip that you connect a wire too?
@@thebesthowtobyclem6908 each run will be 6ft 6inches long
The slinky makes are squirrels and birds better than TV in the morning
I agree
My squirrels love the slinky! it stopped them for about 4 hours and then THEY CONQUERED IT
Lol, but it was fun to watch him figure it out.
Actually the L is not for load but stands for Line . In North America it’s L and N. Line and Neutral
Wonderful animal, keeps you entertained. Not everyone has a backyard wt wild life.
I will take my Gerber and you can keep that expensive junk!! Tip always go with a proven military product if you want a real tool not a toy!!!!
i kind like this but got to add e-fireplace for both area rear and front.
i kind like this but got to add e-fireplace for both area rear and front.
That would be a great feature to add.
please respond to me if you are still helping with LED light power supplies, I have a few questions as I try to fix my huge blue tooth speaker lights that stopped working. I want to make a new toggle switch and be able to plug it directly into a house wall plug, but need to figure out the correct power supply numbers needed based on the led light panels on the speaker. there are a total of 10 separate light panel boards. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
I don't know if I would be of great help. You would need to know the voltage of the LEDS and totally bypass the blue tooth system. Send me some photos but I cannot promise anything.
@@thebesthowtobyclem6908 where can i send you the pics and the voltage info?

Wouldnt your setup having a voltage drop issue?
Can you be more specific please.
Hi, im wanting to implement a design like this. Do you have a plan for the pergola with the water feature?
I do
