Hi Chris, 835 Colombo Street is still under construction. You are correct there have been some delays due to the complexity of the steel framing in the commercial spaces. We are on track for framing to start going up this month, with an estimated completion date of March 2023.

No garage but thank you so handy to town i need a kitchenette shower seperate bath and seperate tiolete or and ensuite acess wheel chair handles bathroom 2 bedrooms or 3 not box shape rooms

How do you sleep at night after publishing this propaganda piece? Tradies know that your flats are not built to last the test of time, that you take "shortcuts" and there are far better quality homes being constructed out in the market by developers with far greater ethics than you. And what of your statement that your flats are "beautiful". I suppose that's a reflection of how narcissistic particularly Matthew Horncastle is, Director of WC. As for affordability, price per square meter your flats are a LOT more expensive than a LOT of homes, so therein is yet another example of the lies and false advertising you propagate. You are not out to build affordable, nor beautiful, nor well constructed homes that will still be standing in 150 years time. You are not the "good samaratins" of the housing sector you make yourselves out to be. You are out to line your pockets, to profiteer, and to satisfy your greed - that is demonstrated in your guarantee of a 10% return on investment in your WC Fund. If you can guarantee that sort of return then you are clearly making a lot more than 10% profit.....and so are clearly ripping buyers off.

You've got to be mad to think cars are the future of transport. Electric or not, these things do not fix congestion and other urban planning nightmares, and fewer developers are even catering for them in our busy cities. My neighbourhood has relatively little off-street parking, and the streets are just littered with big steel boxes that entitled people used to mow down cyclists and pedestrians. The future is bicycles and public transport, with bicycles being the most energy efficient and cost effective way to get around.
Hi Alex, a lot (read most) of our central city developments don't feature any car parks because we agree with you, living close to city centre where you live work and play creates a better city - however, it is a very unpopular opinion with most people complaining they 'must' have a garage or carpark. That's why, where we do provide a development with carparks, we make sure we future proof them by including EV chargers!
