My style of ASMR is very laid back, just doing triggers & whisper rambling about my life a lot. I try to make my videos feel like you are just sitting & chatting with a friend, while simultaneously being relaxed. Those are the types of ASMR channels I enjoy the most so I hope I can emulate that well here on my channel🥰💖
So what is ASMR you may ask?
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.
Here is the formal definition 👆🏻 but I just like to say that its something that helps you feel relaxed & go to sleep 💛

Hi Danielle 🙂 Poor Remy. Just because he wants his milk, cuddles and doesn't want a 💩 nappy, you can't make so many ASMR videos. Seriously, being a Mummy comes first, we all understand that. As a mom trust me when I say you will know!!! You’ll know when little bud is ready for a sleeper and even ready to get out of it. My daughter was a little Houdini. Swaddles of any kind couldn’t contain her😂😂 moms know their babies cues better than anyone else. One night it’ll just happen! Then youll be missing those times a little more❤❤
Hang in there momma! Transitions are so so hard. I was always so scared to make any changes, especially with sleep! My child is 1.5 years old now and HATED being swaddled since the newborn stage lol so I was desperate. Not saying this is the solution but I ended up using Kyte baby. Still use them. I tried dreamland, halo, and nested baby. Kyte baby also has some that you can use well into the toddler stage to help with their moving bodies. Anyway, good luck! You got this 💛

I am a momma of 3. A 12 year old, 5 year old and a 1 year old. I have been through A LOT of different sleep aids and methods due to my kids being so spaced out. I have found that they all slept the best in just a sleeper that covers their little toes and is warm and comfy. Not too hot and not cold. They can sprawl out and move in them just fine. You do what works for your baby though. Even as Mommas, we learn everyday just like our babies. ❤

You're doing great Mama. I have an almost 3 year old son and each stage brings it's new difficulties and there is no perfect answer. I do think you are right however that the older they get depending on something, the harder it is to break. ❤❤

My littles love sleep sacks (kyte baby) but any brand is likely fine. After swaddle they transitioned to the sleep sack and it takes a few sleeps for them to get the hang of it but then they are fine. Good luck!! There is a lot to think about but you’re doing amazing! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I loved doing BLW! I’m an anxious mama, so we started slow with lots of mashed foods and resistive foods like mango pit. My 1- and 2.5-year-olds are champ eaters now!
