I went looking online to see if I could figure out who the performers were. Happily, the ensemble has an archive of its past programs... Alice Teyssier, voice Christine Tavolacci, flute Aaron Smith, trumpet Erik Carlson, violin Ryan Muncy and Benjamin Sorrell, saxophones Curt Miller and Michiko Ogawa, bass clarinets Luke Storm and Doug Tornquist, tubas Judith Hamann, cello Matt Kline, contrabass Tasha Smith Godinez, harp James Beauton, Eric Derr and Sean Dowgray, percussion Jonathan Hepfer, conductor

Сначала отторжение, но спустя минуты эта музыка кажется невероятной. Кому как, конечно, но Галина Уствольская гениальный композитор. Особенно её цикл - 12 прелюдий.

The pianist plays this piece like an amateur, so many timing mistakes, wrong notes, wrong chords and lack of dynamics. 9:15 - 9:25 is HORRIBLE, wrong note at 2:38, ... I could list forever. Please listen to another version of this.

How come this is for 18 musicians but there are 22 people performing?
@timc75439 ай бұрын
Doing it with 18 musicians requires a number of the musicians to double on other instruments. It's sometimes difficult to find multi-instrumentalists like that, so often this is performed with more than 18 people but each dedicated to an instrument.
