  I’m 27 and never had any skin condition. Fee days ago I went to the gym with tight socks and shoes. Got back and felt my left foot itching. 2 weeks later, my left toes are ITCHY HARD, flaky skin, red bumps. I am still suffering from this.

  I have both rosacea and struggle with perioral dermatitis (and in general sensitive skin). I use mild cleanser (CeraVe hydrating cleanser) and moisturizer (LRP Toleriane dermallergo cream) now which helps on this. But I need help finding a sunscreen/cc cream/bb cream which both covers up some of the rosacea and also is PD friendly. What can I try?

  I never usually comment, but I genuinely would love for you to read this comment; I use Korean skin care currently and have just switched to more natural. I see you’re a dermatologist. You posted a video discrediting beef tallow. But are promoting a Vaseline moisturizer. Genuinely do you know that Vaseline is 100% petroleum jelly--> WHICH IS MADE FROM CRUDE OIL. Like you know we’re human right. There is absolutely no way your degree’s and experience allow this. Again just please think about what you’re promoting. Like we’re closer to animals than crude oil machines.

  I have the 2nd rosacea you mentioned and i hate being all red. I loved your video . My dr have prescribed me the metronidazole gel based and another cream for the redness. Unfortunately its no difference at all . I stopped using everything then i used some home remedies it started to look better until my dr told me start back on the same metronidazole. It has gone more worse. I am very annoyed and hate going out. I have just started hypo21 spray yesterday recommended by skin clinic to see how it goes. I hope it works. Also i am going to use spf which i never used in my life. I have this first time ever and even dr doesn't know. Could you please recommended something. I would be very grateful 😊.. thanks in advance ❤

  Dad was 6 foot mom is 5'6. According to the equation, I'm Supposed to be 5'11 and a half. I'm exactly 6 foot, but I have mild scoliosis and flat feet, so I was probably supposed to be taller. Pretty close, though!!

  I HAVE A HACK! If you have a sunscreen you like, and want to add a tint I highly recommend Ciele tint serum 50spf. Some say to mix three drops and that is enough for the face but no way. Using this serum mixed with your favorite sunscreen adds pigment for more protection.

  Does Numbuzin #5 have enough Vit C for it to be the antioxidant in your am routine? It isn’t in the top ingredients. I love it and use it every day!
