Czesc, fajne filmy z Justy, podpowiesz co jeszce pasuje z Baleno zeby wrzucic do Justy? Mam cale baleno z fajnymi kublami i regulowanym zawieszeniem. Z gory dzięki. Pozdrawiam

Fotele z Baleno odradzam, wsadzalem i raz, że trzeba też wymienić pasy bo wtyczka od klamry nie chce pasować (trzeba się siłować przy zapinaniu), a dwa, że siedzi się wyraźnie wyżej od podłogi, więc przy takim gokarcie gorzej. Powinna pasować skrzynia biegów z Baleno 4x4, ale to warto potwierdzic. Silnik z Baleno pasuje do skrzyni Justy bez flansz, trzeba tylko jeden otwór przewiercić. Nie testowałem swapa zawieszenia czy hamulców, ale znam czlowieka który wstawiał sportowe heble z Renault. Na pewno nie jest wykonalne wsadzenie klimy z Baleno - próbowałem i nie mieszczą się elementy pod deską rozdzielczą. Pasuje pompa paliwa do zbiornika (konieczność przy swapie na 1.6), pasuje elektryka silnika

I’ve got a k24 Honda motor and AWD transmission from a CRV in mine. Fits perfectly. Rear diff not done yet but looks easy enough. Hopefully it will get finished one day.

I bought Suzuki Baleno as a source, with similar engine. Took the ECU and whole electric wiring, with ignition switch. All was easy to be plug-n-play, of course wiring was so knotted it took couple of days to be placed in car correctly. Main thing is - if you are planning to do a swap, I strongly recommend to buy a Suzuki Baleno as a swap source - the best is fully working car. Completing parts one by one from many sources is terrible

is it an hard job? are the supports the same? is it possible to mount other engine?

It depends on what car is the source. If you try to adapt longitudal engine from Vitara it will be impossible to fit and you will need to rebuild engine with intake, headers, head and ignition system from Baleno. If you gonna swap engine directly from Baleno (which has the same codename as in Vitara - G16B) it's super easy. Everything is fitting, you only need to drill one new hole for one of the screws connecting engine block with gearbox. Next thing you cannot forget is to change fuel pump in fuel tank. Original one in Justy has 2x smaller pressure than 1.6 G16B needs. In my opiniom the most important thing is to have complete electric wiring for engine ecu, so it's better to have complete Suzuki Baleno as swap source.

Scusi Leonardo, una cosa da piu: I don't know about other engines, I've heard that probably newer versions of Suzuki's 1.6 like G16M can be fitted, and of course 1.3 from Swift GTi (100HP). If you don't need 4x4, but want to have a pocket rocket, good mixture is Mitsubishi Colt from '90s with swapped 2.5V6 from Galant (it fits)

Hi! Are you using the original trans? And if yes, did you use some kind of adapter plate when mating it to this engine?

Hi, yes it is totally stock gearbox, as it fits quite nice with engine and it gave no need for rebuilding other parts of drive. There is no need for any adapters. Simply drill two holes for screws connecting engine with gearbox. Other 2 are exact in the same place as in the stock engine.

Jak najbardziej kolego. Polecam człowieka który tworzy kompleksowe zestawy podkładek i dystansów do wielu modeli - Konsikonsa. Wystawia się na allegro. Mam u siebie zestaw od niego na +5cm. W skład zestwu wchodzą dystanse mocowań wahaczy wleczonych na tył, aby poprawnie ustawić koło w nadkolu. Podkladki te mają skorygowany kąt mcphersona z przodu (przesunięte talerze), tak aby geometria pozostała właściwa
