Your recipes are amazing. to be able to cook it and freeze it and have different meals every night. Store in the freezer the re-cook and have it taste fresh and different meals every night it’s just amazing . Your recipes look just amazing and easy to make . I watched your show for the first time and I was amazed. Wishing I had a lab top to be able to cook these amazing meals and follow along and pause to keep up would just be amazing for me as well as to plan away for additional different meals stored I. My freezer. Wow .

When cool, prepare the glaze. Mash or blitz the raspberries with 1 tablespoon of water and the corn syrup, if using, into a puree, then pass through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Add the raspberry puree to the confectioners’ sugar in a medium bowl along with the lemon juice and almond extract and stir into a smooth glaze, adding more water or confectioners’ sugar if needed to reach a thick but pourable consistency. Pour the glaze over the loaf and allow it to set up before slicing and serving. Glaze: 1/2 cup (60 grams) raspberries 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 milliliters) water 1 teaspoon corn syrup, optional 1 to 1 1/2 cups (130 to 190 grams) confectioners’ sugar 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

I would not advise vegan for many reasons. I too used to be vegan but have now added back some meat and fish for nutrient sake. Having worked in the supplement retail business for yrs I have seen the deficits of many various types of diet lifestyles including vegan, carnivore or other variations. If you want to protect your system you need vitamins, minerals, protein, aminos etc. What happens is folks like vegan folks run into deficiences and sometimes these deficiences can be become chronic and the outcome is not good. A balanced diet is the only way to go or at least that is what the supplement world has taught me. Most pepple see the pluses but oftentimes not the negatives and that can be problematic.
