  Hi, I visited longboat key at least a dozen times in the 80s and 90s staying at the Hilton which is now Zota beach and the holiday inn. Also many times at holiday beach resort apartments which are no longer there. My favourite place in the USA.

  Texas is brutally hot in the summer with months of high 100+ days, high humidity and upper 90’s at night, with an absence of any ocean breezes. Sarasota seems like dream weather, which is part of the reason I am moving there.

  Jose Moreno is a scumbag who will bait you with a lower interest rate into using him to get your mortgage then the rate will increase at the last minute. Happened to me. Avoid this dirty predator at all costs.

  Hi,,,hey, I have been driving by this major construction project for quite some time now on Fruitville and 301. Maybe you may know what it is. Its hard to tell whether is a 3 section condo complex or a huge office building. Its the site just south of where Fruitville crosses 301 heading west. I hope you can fill me in,,,,Thanx!!!

  Sarasota is where nightlife and fun goes to die. The city is basically a 55 and over retirement community. The elderly control everything via the municipality. The block and fight most events, spend your money in Tampa or saint pete's

  Hi Cheryl, Trader Joe’s is on the mainland so I would expect a 15-20 minute commute from lido Key condos to TJ. Condos on north siesta would be a bit closer but not by much.

  That’s on the east coast. Compare Hallandale to Hollywood or Lauderdale, not Lido or Sarasota.
