  I'm breaking out a bit too, thanks for being vulnerable. try icing your face daily and using sulfur on the cystic bumps. I have more blackheads so it's different and I focus on hyperpigmentation but whenever I get sore and red bumps I always do the icing. Also, I really like face-reality products and face steaming
