• There is a well defined hypodense poorly enhancing esophageal mass measuring approx. 2.7 x 5.4 x 6.8 cm (AP x TR x CC). The mass is distorting the esophageal lumen with narrowing. It has well circumscribed outer margins and appears intramural. Tiny foci of calcification are seen within the mass. The mass is subcarinal in location. It is not extending to the GE junction. The mass is abutting the right / left main bronchus, azygous vein and descending aorta with no encasement. No mucosal ulceration seen. No lymphadenopathy seen. No proximal dilatation seen.
