(I just recently got into this game at the start of this year)

I started playing this again in 2021 and uh, whenever my party collectively gets the disease status, I'm reminded that covid19 is why I'm playing this again in the first place.

The skipping was really annoying you thought you knew what was going to happen so you immediately started skipping that's a no-go in any video game don't ever do that even if you think you know what's going to happen or what's going on don't ever do that in a video game
I've played hundreds of visual novels over decades and if new content comes up that gets skipped over with the skip button that isn't my fault, blame renpy or blame dan for not changing the text. Can't hate on the player when the video is already published lol really though, your welcome for all the time we both saved!
@@ChorbySP he did put this feature in the game the skip button stops being active when there's new content and most of the content in the second act is new and you can't press the skip button unless you turn the skip button on in the settings so I am blaming you because it is your fault because you sat there and spammed the click button this walkthrough was a total failure. It doesn't matter how many visual novels you played that doesn't give you the right to skip through a new game that's so dumb, that's like saying I've drunk a million different sodas before so when I get Pepsi I can just dump it out because it's going to taste the same as every other soda.
@@stratejic1020 pepsi is about as good as ddlc is, it's a fine comparison. Glad it's there for ppl who need it and if it's the first cola you've ever had it'll probably blow your mind, but it's just another surreal visual novel riffing on dating sims. I don't need to see one frame of Sayori calling Yuri a bitch or whatever to radically transform it into some kind of legendary work that subverts the medium when the genre has always been like this.

If you said this to the ddlc community everybody would be shitting on your face at the moment considering it literally has one of the most populated communities to have ever existed in gaming history it's nowhere near the big titles but it's not that far from the Minecraft community the fact that it's even visible community in the tier list says a lot about how popular this game is compared to every other met a visual novel game that has ever been released I would reconsider your opinion to be honest

Considering the special edition is just been released and millions of people are already planning on pre-ordering it and it's already gotten a lot of sales yeah I'm pretty sure the ddlc community is going to be so butthurt 🤣 while this game developer is getting filthy rich off of his "casual dating sim" you're saying that it's bullshit trash 😂 if it was so trash and so like every other visual novel game then it wouldn't be as popular as it is it's literally the number one visual novel community and this is like the only visual novel game that has gotten popular enough to warrant wanting a mobile port, it's being released on consoles by the fans themselves that's not a usual thing in a visual novel community to warrant the developer to create other ports usually a visual novel developer will decide that not the fan base so that alone says a lot about what you're saying.
