Your welcome 😀
Great video. Your knowledge is very enlightening. I learned a thing or two here. Great cars. I had a fair few in my youth. I’m trying to save for another one currently. But wow. The prices. 😅
Thank you 😊 I appreciate that. Hopefully, it's not going to long before you get one laters Steve
@@AutoGleamTruths let’s hope not my friend. Hopefully this year. Or I could wait until next year and save a bit more. Fingers crossed either way 👍👍
Through an IK foamer it really is a foam. Good to see it in action, thanks
Got out the bike foamer today interesting 🤔 I will do a short use of it next week 😀 some special price product from Halfords 😂🤣😅
@@AutoGleamTruths i meant AG is a nice foam. i also like Halfords Advanced Snow Foam. add some citrus or apc into the mix and its a very effective and enjoyable product to use.
@pigeonpoo1823 that sounds good 👍

Sorry youtube don't allow this on shorts 😬
Awe, That is a shame. But as it is said : IT IS WHAT IT IS. Better luck on your next review.
Hi Deb 👋 I just got my 2nd one this week, I have been testing out, but yes, it's a lot better than the first one 😀 hoping to get back to baking videos soon 😅 doctor's orders to fulfil buy the most expensive ebike and get fit 😂🤣😅 laters Steve
@@crazybaker1 This stuff was good to know!
Looks like a decent product. Thanks
And price was very reasonable £5 pre litre, ok when they run deals 👌
Very useful. I got a plastic wigit stuck in the flex tubing at the head of the cleaner. Took ages to work out.
I just wish for an easier way 🙂
Lmao get a vacuum for my vacuum gotcha😂
that's the one 😂
As I mentioned in a comment on another video, I picked one up. It doesn't come with a box anymore. or at least the ones in B&Q didn't. It was just in a cardboard box. I've bought cheaper tools that have come in hard cases. I will have to get one
Yes, I noticed they have stopped the box pack, I was thinking about some other things, but I have a number of Worx batteries so I decide to go down that route, maybe later on I may live to regret this decision, ok half of the price 🙂
I picked up one of these today. I was looking for a cordless one but they didn't have it in stock nor the batteries. It would have worked out costing three times more so I think I made the right choice and have the option down the line to buy a cordless one if needed. They had Makita's, Ryobi's, Erbauer's and Magnussons but I preferred this one over the Makita which would have been my other main option
Yes, I have been using off and on, DIY I have never regret getting it, but I never really needed the battery one as I only use it as and when, but if I was doing a full time job then I'd be getting the battery one 😀 I have talked to a number of the trade and it seems to be like buying a car 🚗 😀
You must have money to burn
Cool 😎

Hi, please forgive me for this odd request, but can you check if the machine will work (meaning the shaft will spin) even if the bottom pole with the cutting head is not attached? The reason for asking is that I have a non-working one that I'm trying to troubleshoot and I'm trying to isolate the problem. The battery lights tun on and the eco button works but the trigger doesn't start it. I'm just trying to eliminate that it's nothing to do wit the cutter attachment as it doesn't work even when that is disconnected.
Yes, generally, in most machines like string trimmers or other similar equipment, the motor should still run and the shaft should spin even if the bottom pole with the cutting head is not attached. Here are some steps to help troubleshoot your non-working machine: 1. **Battery Check**: Ensure that the battery is fully charged. Sometimes a battery that has a partial charge might light up indicators but won't have enough power to run the motor. 2. **Connections**: Verify that all electrical connections are clean and secure. Loose connections can prevent the motor from starting. 3. **Trigger Mechanism**: Since the eco button works but the trigger doesn't start the machine, there might be an issue with the trigger mechanism. Check for any debris or damage around the trigger. You might also want to test the trigger switch with a multimeter to ensure it’s functioning correctly. 4. **Safety Switches**: Many machines have safety switches that prevent the motor from running if certain conditions aren't met (e.g., the handle isn't properly attached). Make sure all safety interlocks are engaged. 5. **Motor**: If all else fails, the problem might be with the motor itself or the control circuitry. Inspect the motor for any obvious signs of damage or wear. By isolating the issue to the trigger mechanism and checking other connections, you can determine if the problem lies within the main body of the machine or with the cutting head attachment. If the motor runs without the cutting head attached, the issue is likely with the attachment. If it doesn't run, the problem is likely within the main body. But 1 thing I did notice is that it's important to make sure the drive share pipes are fully fitted together, even the attachment end, I had not, and the head wouldn't turn, I realised the problem after 10 minutes, hopefully this will help Laters Steve 🙂
@@AutoGleamTruths Hi Steve Humbled by your detailed response - thank you very much. In response to your suggestions: 1. I've charged the batteries and checked them with other tools. 2. The normal connection (battery to body, attachment, etc.) all seem fine. I haven't opened it up though. 3. The trigger does seem to do something as the lights change so I don't think it's totally disconnected or anything. I don't know how to use a multimeter or anything so my skills are pretty limited with electronics. 4. I don't actually know if there are any relevant safety locks in this machine. I was originally wondering if it could be an issue with the attachment connecting which is why I tried it after removing the attachment and the shaft still didn't spin, hence my question above. 5. I haven't opened it up and I can't smell anything like a burnt motor. My skills are limited in this regard hence why I was stuck. For what it's worth, I've made a short video showing what happens if I press the trigger. Any thoughts on best thing to try next will be appreciated. For example, should I open it up? kzread.infoVlmKt-Aeu20?feature=share
@muddin8097 Hi, I will check out your video tomorrow and get my one outside, hopefully dry. It's been very wet today here. Hopefully, between us, we can sort out, like you, I am limited to non electronic things, so basely I will feedback if I see something else that maybe wrong 😀 laters
I have looked at the video, oddly that lights go out, then it seems to go back on 1 mark as you press on, I am thinking 1 of the batteries are not good, or it's just the unit is totally dead and needs to be returned for repair or replacement, I don't have a clue to what's happening with it, nothing to do with the cutting head, it's just the main electric part 😉 hopefully Worx will be more helpful laters Steve
@@AutoGleamTruths Thank you very much for your thoughts. This one sadly doesn't have any warranty. Bit of a long story but I bought it as an open-box from eBay in winter and when it arrived, I didn't get round to testing it until the summer when the return period had gone. Totally my bad. I tried messaging the seller but they're under no obligation and haven't responded. I either have to try fix it or buy another one.
Measure 100ml but show us almost 200ml... 🤷
Don't remember, now the video is too old
That is the problem 15 seconds in - it is already assembled. I do not know how to asesmble the filter end. I have 3 parts and the hose for that end - one is obviousl some kind of screw thing but no idea how to fit other 2 parts although can see which bits goes at end in water...
The filter part just fits on the one end of the pipe, and it's the same for the other end. It's the same as fitting the same parts to a main tap hose pipe. Mine came out of the box made up, not really sure why you're didn't. If you want, I can make a short video if you want 😉 laters Steve
No manufacturer talks about the number of decibels such a thing produces.
And they should, really, most wear headphones, I do most of the time 😀
By any chance, do you have any 2.0ah batteries and do you know if it will work with those? I have 2.0ah batteries and am thinking of buying just the bare tool so need to know if it will work with that.
Just finished testing out and works great kzread.info1MlDGGjPmO0?si=JicRAFqaxxjh_cLz
@@AutoGleamTruths Oh, that's really, really helpful. Thank you very much.

Does any 1/4“ quick release snow cannon fit the worx? I just bought the tool but I am looking for a decent cannon. Thanks.
The only one that works out the best possible link in the description, but I am using this Autobrite Direct cannon for both Worx Hydroshot 56bar and Karcher. All I did was add the 1/4 adapter works for me, and you can see me using it in the video Laters Steve
Looks gutless, can you connect a hose directly to it rather than pumping water from the bucket?
🤷♂️ yes, of course, but if you do intend to do that, then buy a Karcher K series 😀
Back tyre is on the wrong way round
Great tyres in the mud, but on the dry, it's very slow. They are coming off shortly for fast cross country. To be honest, I am on my gravel bike most of the time 😀
took mine apart yesterday to clean the bearing and brush, no problem at all, just take your time.
Which foam cannon do you use please? Link
Hi, if you check in the description under the video, there is a link to Autobrite enjoy laters Steve 😀
@@AutoGleamTruths the link for the autobright cannon states it's a karcher K connection would that work with the worx nitro washer or would I need any adaptors? As I did order one from ebay but it came with a nilfisk connector would it better to order the karcher one or can I change the adaptor on my nilfisk cannon easily to save me from sending it back
@wamparker307 Karcher or the other has to be moved and be fitted with a 1/4" Quick Release, or was there an option for the Canon to just come with it, when I got mine the Karcher part was fitted and in the box came the 1/4" Quick Release connection adapter for fitting if required 😉 if not included Amazon or ebay amzn.eu/d/17XN11Q laters Steve
@@AutoGleamTruthsahhh OK might be worth trying to get the nilfisk adaptor off the cannon I just bought as might be easier as both ends are metal. I think most of the cannons for sale now have just one connection type and I'm hoping it ain't a ballache to get them apart. Thanks for the advice and link chap it's much appreciated. I'll keep you updated
@wamparker307 your welcome, mate 👍
I'd recommend a grit guard that fits snug to the bucket. The vortex one is the best by far, but they are expensive.
In the bucket, it has 2 grit guards, which are in the full video
That's certainly one way to do it
Try it on a not perfectly clean car.😅😂
I've been told, that when using the foam cannon, it uses a lot more product than a normal pressure washer. Is that your experience aswell? And thank you for a very good and informative video 👍
It's very much depends on the type of product you are going to use. Currently, I have been testing out Topaz snow foam, and for a pressure washer like a Karcher Topaz is 100ml to 300ml, in my test out I use 300ml + water to make 1000ml, I use it in both Karcher and Worx Hydroshot 56bar, and it worked fine 🙂 I could have cut it down to 200ml of foam, hopefully this will help you laters Steve 🙂

What’s the difference between this video and one of the previous shorts with the same autobrite cannon, the results looked better in the other video. Is it just the brand of foam?
Most likely, the battery dropped off because it was low, I don't remember now to be honest 😀 if you check my latest video, lots of foam from the Canon, this is the best possible option to use with the Worx Hydroshot 56bar, it doesn't seem to work with the Worx Hydroshot 25bar 🙂 laters Steve
