Hmm maybe it’s just the camera angle! I bought my Alma BB from Vestiaire Collective many years ago. The problem with Alma BBs is they do look a bit wonky if you overfill the bag. Thanks so much for watching!

Wow!! I thought the entrance to the building was beautiful and then I saw the stairway. Jut beautiful. Evern the restroom is very pretty. I love to be at places like that. Just amazing. The Lobster Bisque looks sooo yummy. That is one of my favorite to eat.

I feel you Flo! I had a bag at LV repair, that took nearly an entire year and the entire process was so frustrating (but in the end I at least got the repair for free, cause it took them SO LONG). Still have to film a video about my experience. Did you have to pay for it? If I‘m completely honest: you seem a little bit disappointed to me - which is a pitty. After getting your favorite bag back, after such a long time, it should be a completely happy moment (no disappointment, because they didn’t upgrade, what they said they would 😔)
My goodness…was it the Vavin? That’s crazy. I did have to pay…£380! I’ve actually emailed them back to say I didn’t think it was right I had to pay for a repair where the agreement was not fulfilled at their end. They asked me to send in photos of the bag and I also attached a screenshot of the email where the assistant confirmed they would update the bag to the new version. So we’ll see what happens…maybe they’ll offer me a refund but I’m not going to hold my breath! Im glad to have got my bag back for now anyway. I got the same issue but when I got it back they still do the same old version so when I email the lv they said send it back to them and they will fix it and they will update it to new version with the open zipper cause I'm scared it will happen again in the future

@@FloInTheCity tbh just a couple months and my bag is worst than ur bag cause my bag aside from cracking the whole bag was peeling like literally the all logo is gone when i wipe it with baby wipes idk why it’s just peel cause i have old vintage bag that i always keep cleaning using baby wipes but i never got a problem so when i send my bag just to repair my zipper because of cracking they wont let me just todo the zipper they want to change the canvas but they will charge me 2000$ something and i said like that’s a new bag and then i ask them i just want to fix the zipper and the representative the one who handle my bag tell me ill ask the repair place if they can just do the zipper and then come back to me after a week that it’s cost 290 and i said ok i will do it idc if the canvas was peeling cause im just planning to removed all the logo just plan brown canvas and then they change the quotation to 290 and i argee after a week the representative said the lv said they will do the old quotation just for 290 instead 2000$ which is pretty much they make new bag for u and i ask them why dont they just give me new one and the representative said thats not how they works now doest matter if they repair or change the whole bag but they have to make it cause that under repair so after 1 month they tell me your bag is ready and when i got it its old version send it back and after 2 weeks wala my bag is ready the end. palm for 290$ brand new and new version
