1. I just watched a BYD comparison with the Model 3 and several other EVs and it was pitiful. Not sure where you are getting your numbers. BYD was far less efficient and did not ravel as far. The review test drove all of the cars to 0%. BYD got 3.8 miles per KW and the Model 3 LR got 4.7 miles per KW. That's a devasting difference. 2. Tesla's GPS IS Google Maps, you know, the same Google Maps used in Android Auto. Apple's Car Play is a joke, I won't even waste time with it. Tesla's GPS is BETTER than Android Auto's version. 3. The phone and text functions on the Model 3 are second to none and I am fairly sure they are using Google Assistant for these functions. It's not true Google Assistant, but it functions nearly the same for auto-related tasks. 4. A heads-up display would be nice but it's not something that is needed to make the car function well. I agree that Tesla should offer it at least as an option. 5. The software UI for Teslas is class-leading by a huge margin. Other EV UIs are clumsy, bug-ridden and require usb wire connections to your phone. The Tesla UI is simply head and shoulders above any other car maker's UI. 6. The security system on Teslas is class-leading. Nothing else is even close. 7. The driver assist functions are also class-leading. 8. The RWD version has LFP batteries, which are the best, longest-lasting, and most durable on the market right now. That will change in 2025, when solid-state batteries start coming out.

The MG4 long range has the larger 77kWh battery and a range of up to 530km/329 miles with 0-100/60 in 6.5 sec. Value for money is rediculously good on a lease. We have a large solar system and in Australia we worked out that when this hits about 65/70000km (40/43000 miles), we’ve pulled $10000 of free fuel from the panels👍👍 I love my petrol power with a Jeep HEMI and Suzuki Jimny in the garage but, with these things so cheap now and free to run it’s a no brainer for me. I’ll use the petrol for fun only.
The audio is much better if you tick the “loud” box. Also, the HUD on the e-c4 creates terrible reflection in the windscreen, so better without.

Do you pay Road tax on this model? I'm looking for a way to reduce costs and currently fuel is a big one, My plan as a truck driver is to commute 18 miles to work take the battery off and charge it in the truck through an Inverter as I'm doing my job meaning my daily commute cost other than insurance would literally be zero...... Unless there is road tax to pay of course?

Thank you for giving an explanation about the sound system; I couldn't get if the car had a subwoofer or not (on the Advanced trim). Nobody ever talks about sound systems in the cars, that's such a pity (from my opinion...). So thank you to do so and to foresee separate reviews about this also.

So you spend up to 40k to get just over 50mpg? My 2008 quashqai diesel can do that and I bought it 4 years ago for 2k is the e power worth it, definitely not.

I think the quality is quite ok, but the limiter really gets my nerves. When passing the 20's the limiter cuts the volume on bass heavy music. Pass that mark, when there's a drop the volume raises and then just drops on first bass note. This bugs me a lot. No workarounds that I can find. The volume is just very quiet.

I have this car in this colour. So many people stop and look at it, and much love for the colour too. Nice to drive, very comfortable to sit in with lots of seat management. Good power yo weight ratio too, not too much loss of grip when booting it in sport mode.
