  I will be doing more space and astronomy related video loops and short form. I spent this week working on getting part 1 of Blacklisted (long form story) ready for spring. Thank you for the suggestion!

  So where's the android? I see a robot and an alien, not an android. An android is a robot made to look like a human. Here's some key facts to learn to make a distinction between an android, robot, cyborg. Android: fully robotic, non organic but made to resemble a human as close as possible (Data from Star Trek). Cyborg, either a human enhanced with robotic elements or a robot with organic parts (terminator T800 which has living organic skin cover, borg drones Star Trek) . Robot: non organic, made to resemble humanoid in form but not necessarily (robots from Lost in Space, robots from I Robot). Also, to those "'chill, it's just a joke/clip", It's basic facts like showing a vid that says it's a race between a lambo and a ferrari but it shows a lambo vs a porsche.

  Thank you for the comment. I appreciate that you took the time to express your opinion here. I feel like I reached someone on a deeper level than I expected. From the Cambridge Dictionary (dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/android) android noun "a robot (= mechanical device) that looks like a person" The features involved in the video is chiefly the humanoid form. Secondarily, we can go further and say that the quality that you cannot physically see but can see in the form of behaviour, the "sentience", is what makes the "mechanical device" in the video an android. That the mechanical device kept looking at the alien, especially as the alien behaved in a distraught manner, is a depiction of the human emotion of concern. The mechanical device immediately looked away when the alien noticed it was staring and gave the it the finger. This was another sign of sentience and support that the mechanical device, the robot, is an android. It looked away because it realised that it offended the alien. It is unnecessary to go as far as fleshiness to satisfy the bare-bones definition of android. In fact, the android in this sequence is taken completely from my story "Blacklisted" (to be released in video form in the spring... I hope). I cover a range of philosophies about sentience of androids in the tale and I encourage you to subscribe so that you are notified when it is released. Again, I really appreciate your comment. Peace.   I think I know why I got some of the dislikes. This was initially uploaded to be a loop for video backgrounds so there is repetition in this first one. I have shifted the purpose of these to no longer be loopable. So I do apologise to those who felt the need to dislike this. I totally get it. <3 BRE

  Thanks for liking this so much, GDD! That's two people now who have mentioned the British aspect of this and I get that it is part of the bar background I downloaded. If you (or others) can find a creative commons background for a bar or pub that is in a different accent I would love to be linked up to it/them.

  Nice. But I miss a bit of some space talk other than English. Welsh for example or a good deep Scottish accent would have done the trick 😁

  I'll keep that in mind for future videos. The alien/android in a bar was meant as universal body language. I do a great Russian accent. My Scottish/Welsh are so cringe tho. Stay tuned as I am working on the next one.

  Thanks for the heads-up! I tried to get a good recording of the song and was only able to find a free-use source. Sadly that copy of the song was never that good. If I ever do find a better copy I'll re-upload it. ~BRE~
