I always walk away from your video's having learned something new. I didn't realize a mans head could be measured so easily lol. I always sculpt mine too large and if I take a break and return they seem as though the heads have doubled again in size. I admire the discipline it must take to correct these mistakes because I don't have that discipline. If I make a mistake I will then actively exaggerate my sculpt until it becomes an alien instead lol.

Sculpting a dream, thats a difficult one...I think I understand the dream as a figure surrounded by wings and the dream of flying on a dream quest... I would probably have the dreamer from the waist up and behind him the dream weaver (another figure attached to the character like a ghost or spirit whispering in his ear that has the wings from the scapula (shoulder blades) ?? This is really a difficult sculpture to format because of the wings in the dream element but maybe your spirit was whispering this dream theme to you?

I've been a great admirer of your work for many years and understand that you are a little out of your comfort zone in regard to 'Noah the builder'. May I suggest that the log at that period would not have shown a clean sawn end, probably a axe chipped look!

  • @clayguy1

I've had that thought as well.. but what do we really know of the Pre-flood era... I go by what I see in Egypt. some of the hardest rock known to man. cut smooth.. and drill holes that show clearly they've been drilled... One Sarcophagus that looks like a saw cut in the stone went ary.. So they stopped.. I believe a lot that is attributed to Egypt, was actually Pre-Flood.. so It's a history we don't know and can't explain.. so I'll stick with what I have.. But you did give me a thought.. Thanks.

I have an assumption to share: I’ve recognized that the dwellings and fashion tended to look very similar to Native Americans, even down to the terrain. So the shoes would have been similar to moccasins, just like what you doing.
