Since 2008/2009, I have been focusing on investing in microcap and small cap companies because in such space, there is barely any competition. The investment industry ignores the space so there are opportunities for outsized returns. Over that time period, I generated 400X return (as of March 25, 2021). It wasn't easy and definitely not without volatility. If you wish to go where others don't want to go or can't go, this is the right channel for you. Also, MicroCap Explosions is a private membership website where I share my portfolio picks with write ups, CEO interviews, and continuous updates. However, if you are traditional and invest in companies that everybody else is talking about, then this channel is not for you. If I hear it on TV, then I have no interest in it.

Thanks Mariusz. I guess it would be interesting if Al could be interviewed once the current management situation cools down a little bit. In the end, under a very simplified narrative, it seems that we voted for Gary to stay as CEO to quickly execute this transaction, solve the debt issue and be later replaced by another CEO. In a context that Voxtur is looking for a CEO that is not Al…. I’m just curious on what to expect from Al in the future. There is no doubt of his profesionalism, but maybe an interview that give us detail in the business, products, his commitment to Voxtur despite recent events would be very interesting.

What a day. Everybody's on holidays, but not my companies. With a look back at the previous weeks it's an interesting deal. Personally I never expected a bankruptcy, but I avoid social media talks for the most time. My bet was on Gary. It would have been a bit expensive if I had made the wrong bet. Oh, almost forgotten. I expect Voxtur to be more worth in the future than what Mariusz mentioned in the video. But I haven't access to my own calculation at the moment.

Oh yes, Voxtur is definitely below liquidated value. Bankruptcy conceivably could be a pay day if it could happen.
On the flip it's a terrible place for the share price to be, particularly if you've had shares since it was closer to a dollar. If the company were taken private like Al and his 40 theives would have liked... all your value is pretty much gone
They'll pay off a lot, and that's definitely progress and likely comforting to the stock. It's a square deal.

I don't care that much about Total. More important for me is the circumstance that the long term strategy shown in the presentation comes to fruition. No matter what company makes the first step. Second to this the revenue is nice, but nothing I am in a hurry about. I am invested for the end goal - world domination.

I'm happy for everyone even without owning shares myself, because this shows a concentrated micro-caps portfolio can perform well when research is done properly. There are plenty of other opportunities I am aware of and able to take part in.
Why not own this one as well? This one has a realistic $5-10/share price coming in the next 2/3 years. Lots of upside here, this show is just getting started

I have to ask…. And maybe I’m way way off base but I am sincerely hoping someone will clarify. The company financing the build of each location will likely split the revenue 51% for Charbone/49% for Financing company (per a recent interview) THEN The hydrogen transportation company Superior Fuels will split the revenue 50/50 with Charbone for it well established transportation and clients. I’ve never heard anyone speak of these two deals in one sentence and show numbers that explain Charbone is getting only 25%. What am I missing?

When any company does IPO, there are new shares offered to investors. Investment bankers sell the shares pre IPO to their clients.

Does anyone know how or what will happen to the US shares listed on the OTCQX with TICKER ACTHF when they move on the NYSE ? ANYONE? RYAN INDEPENDENT INVESTOR?
