A comforter and duvet are different A duvet in America is the cover that goes over comforters or blankets has buttons basically like two sheets sewed together you can take off and wash A comforter is a batting or cotton filled bed cover/blanket 😊

Great point covering absolute vs percentage of positive lymph nodes. There's studies that show the percentage based approach is more reliable than the absolute number that's used for staging. I had 8 positive lymph nodes that put me at Stage 3C, but the surgeon removed a total of 51 total lymph nodes - so the ratio wasn't as bad as the staging would lead you to believe.

You are always so excited anytime you’re traveling to the UK..Extremely happy for you and Tai and wish the best of luck to Tai. 42 years ago i had my tubes tied after meeting with genetic counselors re a rare genetic syndrome I have. 14 years later i ended up having kids thru IVF and egg donor. Don’t give up hope

I have no insurance atm waiting on the approval and having horrible stomach pain everyday for months and blood in my stool I struggle too go number 2 everyday and just feeling rundown I feel like I already know it’s something bad like stomach or colon problems but I have to wait for insurance approval but each day that passes I’m feeling worse and worse and more nervous but just wondering before you got a diagnosis did you wake up with a weird stomach pains in your stomach as a symptom?

This is what is worrying me as I'm coming up to 40 and the past handful of years I've been having acid reflux. Then I noticed my poo's always floated and they still do, then I started having bloating and pains and I hear my stomach all the time. However now my poo's are like balls which I've learned on KZread is constipation. I just thought "cannot be anything as there is no blood" and I just thought maybe my body has decided it is allergic to something. Everyone says their farts changed smell, but the problem I have is in early 2018 I remember my sense of smell changed one day when I woke up. So it's hard for me to say if anything has changed as poo smells like salty chicken to me now. I've been to the doctors a few times over the years and they've just always just said I'm too young. However I keep getting something else and something else and it's becoming hard to ignore. The other really annoying thing is I get tonsil stones a lot now and lots of mucus... Like is everything else going to happen? lol.

I feel like a common thread in the stories are that the ppl always have healthy lifestyles, yet still get cancer. So what’s the point of trying to be “healthy” when you’ll get cancer anyway? 🤦🏻♀️ just saying

I understand your thinking but it still makes you a lower risk and you will be stronger in the long run. Learn from me . 37 yr old wife and mom of 4. I was just diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer 2 months ago.
