They are not in heaven, as some suppose. Jesus Christ Himself said "no one has ascended into heaven." (John 3:13). Even David has not ascended into heaven (Acts 2:34) All have died. Even Jesus Christ died and laid dead in the tomb for three days and three nights until God the Father resurrected Him, THEN He ascended into heaven to be accepted by the Father as our Savior.

Get tired of stuff like this being used to confuse people. Elijah and Enoch are the only ones that didn't. Nothing is said at all about Melchizedek's birth or death. We only know he was a king who also served as a priest and he serves as a foreshadowing of Christ who would also be king and priest. That is the only significance in the mention of Melchizedek.

The Angel who led the children of Israel from the land of Egypt was the Lord Jesus. And Those angels who stopped by the tent of Abraham were the Lord and His angels. The ones whom I perceived to be an angel didn't have wings either. Their appearance is like us.
