Why you export to AE by H264? You loose the quality. Export in looseless codec - dnx for example. Expecially when you dont need to remder anything to get the video to AE :) 2. If you recorded in 30fps and export to 30 why youre sequence set to 24??? You've lost 6 frames in every second of youre video. No mater if you set 30 in export settings. 3. For instagram better to use H265 instead H264

Bro beginners are gonna be very confused. You really shouldn't learn it two days before and teach someone. Totally Missed the Point of freezing the footage so you can seperate the background from foreground. That is very important. Please put a note with the timestamp in the comments. cool vid! a quick question though: I saw that if a reel's size is large, it gets compressed a lot on Insta. Your video came out around 300mb which is very large. 1. did you do any compression after this edit before uploading? 2. did you upload to insta via an iphone?

to sync both tracks . step 1 make sure audio tracks are on separate tracks. step 2: highlight tracks you want to sync step 3: right click and press synchronize then wait for the magic to happen

Awesome tutorial, Meyer. I picked one or two tips, tricks and techniques from this video. Thanks hugely. PS: Finzar preset is underrated by many. Highly valuable! Also, you can always synchronise your audio/video or clips/footage whenever you want to align them by highlighting the clips and, right click and select "Synchronize". Besides, Premiere Pro should just include "Rotoscope" in their tools, in lieu of heading to After Effects all the time for such task. Hopefully, we won't need to After Effects, Capcut (Cut-out) etc for such simple task. By the way, you earned a new subscriber 🎉. More solid tips like this from you. God bless the "editing god" 😅.

Rather than exporting the entire video, then importing it into after effects and exporting it again, just right click the video on the timeline in premiere pro and click “open in after effects composition”. When you’re done, just save the after effects file and it’ll automatically update in premiere pro. Makes the adobe workflow much more practical
