  Each model has specific features. If yours has a display, you should have an error code. Sometimes, they use blinking lights. The best way is to try to find the service manual online. It has the info repair technician are using..Best of luck. G

  Was around $200, the epoxy was around $25. It is a pretty easy do it yourself type of job.. Just don't mix too much epoxy at once, small batches at the time, it gets hard very fast. Good luck.

  You never show what you actually did BUT, you mentioned connections to the circuit board, so I did my normal to unplug and replug the connections several times. Hallelujah that was the fix. You save me lots of $$, the appliance tech told me buy a new machine! Thank you

  Glad it worked out. The machine I fixed lasted few more years of commercial use. Cleaning the contacts did the trick. The board was actually OK, just loose connections. Best of luck!

  Idk if you’ll respond to this, but will this work rust oxide on a vehicle from train tracks? Looks like little specks of rust, but it isn’t the paint that’s rusted!

  Did the paint still intact? If it is surface rust over the paint, probably a magic eraser will work best. Also some of the rust removal chemicals for sprinklers rust can take care of it. I don't suggest this product for your purpose because is designed to attack rust on metal. And does make it darker, last thing you want.. Thanks

  @@ingeniousgiacomo thank you for the reply! The truck was used by a train company on the tracks for years, it is sprinklers rust and it is being very complicated to get off! The paint is perfect just has so many orange little specks, it did somewhat start to come off with wd-40 I will be trying the rust eraser! I appreciate the reply man 🙏

  Man, you need to back off the camera a bit and stop moving it all over! Seriously, if yuo want to do an instructional video. have someone else hold the camera while you show people things. At the very least, use a tri-pod to hold the camera for the most part, and pick up the camera when you need to show something a little closer.

  No. Is not as bad as oven cleaner or degreasers. But is good you washed it off quickly. Gloves are suggested.

  I just saw this for the first time today. It latched onto my card and said "transaction in progress" like yours did. I have no idea what the purpose was-I panicked and hit the cancel buttons until it released my card, There were no options to press on the screen while it was doing this. Very strange.

  They were actually too bright for canals in the city. I had to install a remote control dimmer switch, only $12 on eBay. Brightness will vary based on the lumens of the lights you choose. The angle also can be adjusted, it was a big improvement over no lights at all, beside the position ones. Thanks

  How do you get the black cover off of the motherboard?Do you have a disconnect wires?

  Not really, the wires are clipped with a plastic holder to the black cover, make it a bit easier if you loose the wire holder, the black cover needs to be pried open, a flat head screwdriver Will do. Is a bit hard to push black cover back once you are done, It Will Just snap in Place. If you have issues regarding the wires a zip Will Do..Best of luck. G

  Not sure..was pretty time consuming, and I am extremely busy right now. It was used this Christmas and worked pretty fine. I was goind to install speed control on side of station, but my boss didn't want it visible. So is a standard speed similar to the original speed.. If I find a.broken one reasonable in price I will get it fix it and make a more detailed video. Thanks for watching. G

  In the description above, you state that Clover Flex has "nice battery life". I'm wondering how you arrived at that conclusion and if you still stand by that claim. A merchant client of mine purchased 24 of these terminals for a niche business where finding the right terminal is not easy. We went with Flex because it met all our needs. However, over 50% of the terminals are dead, tampered, or charging screen appears but won't remain on after removing power. Some of these devices went bad just outside the one-year warranty and some are still under warranty but Clover will not replace because their status is "tampered", likely due to dead battery expansion like you mentioned in the video that slightly cracks the case open. My reason for posting here is I am asking you to change " nice battery life" to a flashing warning about short battery life to potential victims of this scam. Batteries cannot replaced in the new models or it will also trigger a "tamper" status rendering the terminal unable to process credit cards. It appears that Clover wants you to buy expensive new terminals every 6 to 18 months. Potential customers should be made aware of this. ty

  I agree with you. Never liked the clover. First thing you cannot use a second hand one, unlike other credit card terminals, Has to be new from bank, and some pretty much new machines out there are basically good just for parts to keep your original machine going. When they first come out the batteries were available for around $30., once they realize people were fixing them, they made sure batteries were no longer available anywhere. But they still manufactured only for new units. I think is all intentional And a big scam. Almost enough ground for a lawsuit. Looks like most Batteries last only couple of years at Most, and the machine is designed probably intentionally to operate only If battery is good, unlike other devices, I tried to keep machine plugged in with a USB C cord and still Did not work. Designed to fail. A pretty expensive paperweight!! Best of luck.

  No. I repaired couple of them. I guess tamper mode was added after. They sure could have addressed the well know Battery issue instead. I have couple of tablets over 10 years old and no issues with their similar type batteries. I guess they are designed to fail. And they don't want you to fix them. G

  Was not easy to find something who would work with existing motherboard not longer available. The motor is pretty common so no issue there. Repair worked out better than expected and was very inexpensive.. Happy Holidays!!

  That's what the website is for. You select your pick up time. Get there at least a half hour before your rental time start for all the formalities and then leave off the lot at the time you selected when you reserved it online. Simple stuff.

  No. Some box truck do have the ramp, but vans and regular pick up truck do not. Same as per Uhaul.

  I have that exact one, just bought because thats the only one that fits in the apartment. The water isnt filling all the way even on heavy duty and high rinse level. What can be the problem?

  Pretty sure it's normal. I never liked the fact that the lid is always closing when washing. But never seen the water more than half level .I am pretty sure it will not fill up. Most new machines are not filling up, it's a water saving feature. The agitating is supposed to do the job with less water. There is not an option for water level anyway. Best of luck..G

  Thanks. It was not made clear, they just gave me a receipt with time stamp on it. Same as per return, did not close rental until they checked vehicle and gas level. Only 1 person on tool rental, taking care of purples based on position in line, Drove only 2 miles each way, and dropped a refrigerator on a porch. Just not enough time. Forget about gas stations.

  If stained on fresh concrete for sure, if done on old concrete or stone the stain will have a rough time bonding. Anyway a sealer would help, don't forget anything constantly under water will require special sealers, I would look for something used on pools, to make sure it last. Best of luck.

  The issue I have on my turbo flex is that the power button doesn’t work and the machine has been on power off mode without anyway of opening it. we tried opening it up but that didn’t seem to work and we believe the issue stems from perhaps a button wire not working idk

  Does the machine shows any kind of life when placed on a charger or with a USB c cable plugged in directly in the back? Independently from power button functionality, the machine will show charging status. If nothing happens you probably have a dead battery (Common failure) or motherboard (Rare). Best of luck!

  Ok, your video isnt the best BUT your information is awesome. My friend has this machine and it's doing random stuff too. I'm going to look at the contacts as you advise. Are you talking only about the contacts going to the control board? Thank you for your great info!!

  Yes. I suggest cleaning the contacts on the board and, of course, the contacts on the clip with the wires. If you can squeeze the connectors a bit to give them more grip once plugged into the board, it is helpful as well. A contact cleaner spray can also help. It is sold in the electrical section at Home Depot. Thanks. Best of luck. G

  Sadly, the bottom motherboard will control everything washer-related. Loose contacts might be an issue, but you can always test the pump by supplying power to it. It is better to do this once it is removed. Make sure the impeller is not stuck with debris of any kind and can spin properly. Pumps can fail, which is not related to motherboard issues. Thanks. G

  This happened in Europe back in 2012. Now it's happening here. Non energy efficient bulbs are banned in the U.S. as of July. There are a few exceptions for special bulbs which cannot be replaced by LED.
