Hey Justin, If I have a customer who has a range of products Care and beauty products of all kinds (hair, skin, etc.). Makeup (eyes - face - lips - eyebrows - nails...etc.) Men's and women's perfume products There are many products and brands How do I start marketing in advertising campaigns? How do I know which products I should promote? what is the way ?
Does that mean Infoproduct is a great niche for an ad agency 2024 @JustinLalonde?
I just made the tiktok business center account 2 days ago and when i try to sign into tiktok for business on shopify I get "network error. please try again later." Anyone else have this? 😑
Happy for you and the success you've had, it has been inspirational to watch.
So to get the best results right now you’d use single ad format instead of flexible? This is to optimize better right?
At this time, yes.
Anybody reading this... As a member of AA and someone who has gone through Ad Architech, it is 100% worth it if you are taking shit serious and really wanna learn, grow, make money and so much more. Such a blessing honestly AA has totally changed the trajectory of my life and it can change yours too
Appreciate you Aiden! Thanks for those kind words!
This is a snippet of my new program called "Ad Architect" done with the team at Educate (Iman Gadzhi's company), covering my story and come up in this online marketing space. Hope you enjoy! Why not your videos got views?
Slow and steady wins the race! Haha
What do you mean by longer optimization?
Instead of optimizing ads, let's say, every 3 days, you may have to do so every 7 or 10 days.
21:30 One of the best questions that could've been asked. I ask my self that question every single day because I seriously contimplate dropping out, this upcoming year is my senior year and honestly I wanna burn all the bridges for any other possible outcomes other then entrepreneurship and success but the amount of stress and worry that would be on my mind is unimaginable... I have already burned most of the other bridges my plan B now is millatary and dropping out would burn that bridge too. However I know that I'll be successful so once again the question of dropping out and really putting my back against the wall comes to my mind. Nonetheless fire podcast🔥
You got this brother.
Great video bro, appreciate the content. Thanks for bringing me up in the AA call, caught me off guard so I was nervous but it was a great experience talking with you
Glad I could help! You did great man!
Thats a lot, Mind Blown
any way to check breakdown of spend by creative? For Dynamic Creative I could see the breakdown by creative but when I started running 2-3 creative variants for Flexible Ad format it doesn't show up
As explained in the video - This is one of the issues of Flexible Format. No fix for it yet!
What would you recommend be the minimum daily spend on a CBO to effectively run the ‘3 creative 2 headline 2 primary text’ flexible ads?
At minimum, make sure each creative "batch" gets to spend your KPI daily. (if your target is a $20 CPA, spend at least $20 a day on your campaign's budget per ad live.)
Can you explain kpi and how to calculate it kpi of what
Depends what you're optimizing for. KPI is your cost per target. So, cost per lead target, or Cost Per Sale, etc.
Hey Justin, your insights are gold! 🌟 Your experience with Facebook ads shines through. I'm eager to try out your surprising strategy. Could you share more about what specific results we can expect from "doing nothing" with our ad campaigns? Thanks a ton for your advice last time; it really made a difference! 🙌 I'm seriously considering working with you. How can I get more details about your services? Looking forward to hearing from you! 😊 Rahof AboRefaat
Glad to hear that man! Check the links in the description. You can work with us on the agency or consulting/mentorship sides!
Great jsutin, does this happens all the time? or just sometimes?
Hey Justin, would you always recommend having 1 country per campaign? We are currently at very low budgets, and when we group countries together, each country barely get's enough spend to warrent any decisions or data. Thanks!
At low spend, I'd only focus on one country. At scale, group countries only if the persona is similar enough across both markets. (Some clients, different products sell in different markets. Best sellers are totally different - So we split campaigns per country.)
Justin Lalonde, I want to tell you something: your video are very engaging and valuable. The 2 best guys I follow are: Justin Lalonde, Nick Theriot, Alex cooper, Dara Denney
How many ad sets would you put in a new CBO with 200€ for a brand new campaign when testing flexible ? Thank you really for your tips
2 to 3, depending on our target cost per action!
Hi Justin. Do you set a minimum budget per adset? Or do you just accept that some ads get 0 spend, so no learnings?
Accept that some ads get 0 spend - If Meta doesn't spend on them, it means it didn't think they'd be good.
In which format would you make the videos again so that they are displayed appropriately everywhere?
I also wanna know
@@idirmods customize for each placement
customize for each placement
I always use 4:5 for videos on automatic placements and 1:1 for photos.
@@JustinLalonde please answer my comment
Ad testing has become much more painful since they started charging ridiculous CPMs for the first 2-3 days. Even with good KPIs like CTR and SPCR the CPMs are enough to choke on in the early hours. Thanks for this great example.
Exactly what I am doing .
Is it working well.?
Do you get a breakdown of different Facebook ads and where you are getting sales from with the free version?
You don't - You need their paid plan for this. Free plan only gives you a nice "dashboard" to view all of your existing data from.
ecom here , Trying to scale a campaign , AOV is around 85$ , Conversion about 5.5% , AtC around 11% , Spend is 120$ per day , 5 adsets , Abo , how to scale AGGRESSIVELY (budget is no issue)
That's a solid website/product. If you times conversion rate by AOV and it's above 200 (460 in your case), you've got nothing preventing you from agressively scaling. I'd scale vertically. Increase budget by 20% daily, look at L7 results every day, and keep scaling so as long as you're profitable.
Great video. I’m glad to see you share that graphic of your campaign structure. I had made one just like it so it good confirmation that it works 👍🏻
Here’s a thought with structure if you use flexible ads - put all the tests within 1 ad set as you can now put tests under 1 ad set unlike with dct where you were limited to 1 test per ad set. Eg 3 tests, each test with 3:2:2 within 1 ad set. Then let the ads compete against eachother if you run more than 1 test to see what gets the spend among other metrics.
I took a quick look at my current Flexible Ads, and the Post with comments for me always combines the First Uploaded Image, First Primary Text, and First Headline. Three from three - never the second or third image or second headline or primary text. That can't be just a coincidence?? Surely you've seen Post IDs that combined differently for you?
Post IDs, in my exprience, aren't to be trusted with Flexible Ads... Yet.
So I do simple Flexible ADs and the preview shows the best, and trust the algorithm correctly?
Pretty much.
He stole the whole concept of 3:2:2 ads from @CTtheDisrupter
I've had multiple public videos made with Charley. Charley's a friend and here's our latest video together: kzread.info/dash/bejne/YqF7xLd-p5irgbQ.html Never have I claimed to have invented the 3:2:2 method. In fact, Charley's the one who taught me this method. So, not sure what's your point here or where have you heard me claim that the 3:2:2 method was solely my concept!
dude awesome video but what happened to your ig acc ?
I'm back now

If I have creative that fit for 1080x1920, but not to 1080x1080, am I supposed to upload the two exact same creatives with the different sizes? Because in flexible and dct we haven’t the option to make replace like in original option… So my point is how can we adapt the creative for reels and for post sizes?
I always do 1080x1080 for all photos, and 1080x1350 for all videos. They most commonly fit all placements. Or, you can do all your creatives in 1920x1080, and edit them in a way that they're still "enjoyable" if cropped.
@@JustinLalonde Got you. So doesn't interfere that in the reels the creative is 1080x1080 or 1080x1350?
You can also make 2x headlines 2x premium texts per creative if you don't test flexibly or would that be bad?
It wouldn't be bad per say - Just not something I'm actively testing if I'm not doing DCTs/Flexible Ads.
I haven't watched the video yet but BRO💀 I have been having issues with this the past 2 days and even contacted Meta Support to alert them of a bug. They said they would fix it within 24 hours (which is in 1 hour from the time of writing this comment)
You can make 3x adsets in the testing CBO and 1x creative with 2x different texts underneath, or why only 1x CBO with 1x adset?
Why make more than one ad set whereas Flexible Formatting is a toggle at the ad level now?
Very Helpful appreciate it👍.Bro where do i contact you for doubts regarding FB ads
should you test images and angels in different cbos or can you put them in one?
How much budget would you recommend for a 34.90 product for a testing CBO with 3x adsets
Hey, in facebook there is primary text, headline, and the description in all your videos you say that you should only do 2x primary text, headline? What about the description, do you leave it blank?
If your headline takes up 2 lines then it won't show the description anyway. So personally I don't put anything in the description but If you really want to It wouldn't hurt anything. For example the offer I run for my real estate agent is a free home evaluation so in the description if I write one I would say something like "Claim Your Free Home Evaluation Today!" or "Don't Miss out, Only 3 Spots Available" etc etc, tailor it for your ad, but like I said it usually won't even show if your headline takes up 2 lines, which isn't a bad thing. Headline captures most peoples attention not the description. As David Ogilvy said "80 cents of your Dollar gets spent on the headline", I know I am not Justin but I hope this helps!
I facebook there is primary text, headline, and the description in all your videos you say that you should only do 2x primary text, headline? What about the description, do you leave it blank?
What's your recommendation if you can only spend $25 a day ?
Someone told me I should use alt accounts to own the page and do ads, and then have the url and pixel in my own business manager. So if one gets banned you can change to the other. Idk about this but it seems some big ecom guys do it. They talk about buying pages / assets to do it. Lol.
They aren't wrong - We do this too. Best way to protect yourself, but way too complicated to explain to a beginner. Haha Hence why, on KZread, I try to go "beginner-friendly".
@@JustinLalonde is there another tutorial somewhere to show how to set that up?
hey Justin, If my account doesn't have the option to use DCT, what should I do? Use flexible format to test the 3 creatives 2 headlines 2 copies under a single ad. OR create 3 adset, 1 each for the 3 creatives and the same 2 headlines 2 copies.
Congratulations man, this is a big achievement and what a story brother! Pleasure to know you and call you a friend of mine. Gonna have to pick up a Porsche here soon.
Love you brother!
