is there a way for me to use my computer as the main operating source?
Currently there is not a way to use a laptop or computer dashboard as the main operating source for our Switcher app. However, you can upload movie or graphic assets through the Switcher Dashboard, which is accessible through the website.
Can you do a video on how to set up a local wifi when live-streaming at a remote location without any wifi?
Question I cannot keep the battery charged long enough it seems to die out about every 15 minutes. How can I keep the charger going? Can I connect my SONY FX6 indi pro battery to the SeeMo to keep the battery charged?

is it possible to use the seemo source more than once in the Switcher studio?
Can't duplicate camera sources, unfortunately. However, you should be able to add the same source to a Multiview multiple times. (For example if you need to have one more zoomed in than the other.) Hope that helps!
Can I use an iPhone 8?
Yes! We recommend making sure you have the latest software updates installed for best use though.
Can you connect multiple DSLR cameras to switcher studio?
Yes! With the Accsoon SeeMo device, you can connect up to 9 cameras, though you will need the same number of SeeMo devices as cameras you plan to use. (If you plan to connect 4 cameras, you would need 4 SeeMo devices to connect to 4 iOS devices). Is there only countdown timers in Switcher? I do soccer so a countdown isn’t going to work.

Question? If I did a livestream and forgot to unmute, is there a way for me to restore the sound?
Unfortunately, I don't know that there is a way to restore original audio unless you simultaneously recorded audio to an SD card on a Rodecaster, Zoom H6 or some other external device.
How would I be able to connect 5 DSLR ? Would I need a docking station ?

Can this be used with a ptz camera??
Yes, if your PTZ camera can output 1080p video via HDMI. Hope that helps!
Unfortunately it doesn’t work with something like Elgato to stream console footage. You still need a PC or Mac for that.

While future plans include addressing the audio concern, currently the only way to include audio from sources other than the primary Switcher device is to have an additional audio set-up.

Are you familiar with how to get longer videos uploaded correctly? I’m having a hard time with getting help with support. I uploaded a webinar that was a four hours, went through the two uploads and waiting and its been saying still processing 18 hours after being uploaded to their system. I upgraded system to do this, now i can’t get this handled and now I’m worried i have wasted money

I have a question: I bought the seemo today and I downloaded your app because I'm interested in the live function for football matches. how do i change match results when i hold iphone horizontally?😊
Great question! Unfortunately the iPhone horizontal user display is limited and doesn’t include all features like the scoreboard, but you can still record/stream in 16:9 (horizontal) even when you hold your iPhone vertically. Another way you can access the Scoreboard display whichever way you hold your device is to use an iPad. Can I use a screen as a source? Let’s say I want to go live with someone over a zoom call, instead of using a second camera I’d use the screen where the person is live
Hi Rodrigo! Great question! We actually have a Remote Guest feature, which allows you to bring in remote sources via their laptop screens, phones, or other cameras. No Zoom needed!

What’s a good router to run streams with WiFi connected cameras?
Hey there! We recommend a few different routers, but it kind of depends on your environment, distance, etc... We like the Netgear routers generally, the AC1750 is a good one, but you can also look at the other models. www.netgear.com/home/wifi/routers/r6700/ If you have a need for a mesh system/access points, we tend to recommend Google WiFi/Nest. @@SwitcherStudio Wow thank you! Would it be wise to have a separate router for this purpose? I believe I saw in the FAQs that using the 5GHz band is recommended; however, we have the 2.4GHz band open to public access (dual-band router) - is this a bad idea when using the same router for streaming? Based on our environment, I believe that AC1750 will work.
We strongly recommend against allowing public access on the same router that you use to stream - it makes it MUCH harder to predict the quality of the wifi during the time you're streaming. Are we able to capture audio from Seemo in the future?
At this point you are not able to capture the audio with just an Accsoon SeeMo device - you would still need to use a mixer and audio set-up to get sound from multiple sources for now. You can add up to 9 separate camera inputs, whether that's iPhones/iPads, cameras + devices connected to Accsoon SeeMo adapters, or a combination of both!

I was really excited to try this out but when I got the Ascoon SeeMo home I realized that you can't get any audio out of the camera via the HDMI connection into Switcher Studio, it's a bit of a bummer really.

Hi there! Yes, Switcher does allow you to connect both IG & TikTok accounts so that you can directly export your clips to both platforms. Additionally, if you meet TikTok's livestreaming requirements, you should be able to use Switcher's RTMP option to stream to that platform as well. I've used switcher studio before it's an excellent product but I want to know how far of a distance can the iOS device that's monitoring everything be from the SIMO that's connected to the camera
