Yea, seen a bambu in a maker faire, the noise is the main reason it never got to my shortlist, a no-go in my small apartment. Although the x1 mini sounds fair, actually, and I would have considered it against an MK4 I am now assembling.

Thank you for this quick tutorial! I've sculpted prints for clients before, but I had never dealt with multicolor printers until my latest, and this was just the overview I needed to better understand how that worked. Good stuff

Here's a suggestion, embed some LED's into that thing, embed a few spots for power/battery, a Bluetooth receiver & chip, and I think you'd have something that's at least marketable?

i cant seem to get blender to keep accurate scale. I set scale like you show to 0.001 and then create a cube i set it 40mm x 40mm x 8mm and then I select top face and do inset face and then tell it to inset 3mm. When I measure it using measuring tool it shows 5.6mm

Your review is very biased.. I noticed every new 3d printer is trying to compare to prusa... I got a Prusa mini for that reason , and I don't want to deal with companies that will go out of business in a couple years .. I know Prusa started long ago and they will stay in business more than the other companies...

Question: when joining objects should you always use the Boolean or can you use the join (the command you used to join the three hole cutters)? Will it mess up a 3d print if you’ve used the join rather than Boolean?

Totally improper nozzle change that leads to clogs. That Bowden gotta be sealed to nozzle under pressure and you’ll get a year out of a nozzle

A gear I'm working on now (not 3D) is module 5, and about 13 teeth it is only 6mm in diameter, so it sounds like your 1.5 module is barely visible without a microscope. shrugs....

But Fusion is a pay per (month/year) utility though, so it's not only $10 for the add-on, but an additional $85 (for a month use) to use...YIKES, I am downloading the limited personal use one to see if this will do -- fingers crossed that it will.

I am a marine 😂 what has that got to do with anything? He is really tough picking on a kid. His road rage will get him into serious trouble one day when he picks on a small guy that can fight. Try that shit on me and I can guarantee he won’t be posting the video afterwards, he will delete it and jerk off crying with his PTSD
