There is one person called santhosh sk in mysore wipro backup domain. He has been asking sexual favours indirectly for salary hike and promotions. People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. Total abuse of power. Suidal tendency due to his behaviour. All these people are just doing abuse of power. And sycho these people are. after patiently listening to your story I don't think my boss is as toxic as yours but personally I don't like their behaviour as a senior they should behave little humbly and poilitely as I was a fresher in that particular company so i knew that fact that i need to suffer and i need to hear so many taunts from my seniors but now I became little good at my skill still they shout on me in front of others and I came home crying everyday. I can't bear this much Domination
