Ok, I needed this health talk… because I too have been putting off my blood work for weeks and this felt like a good pep talk. I’m like alright Danielle can do it, I can too lol… so I got it scheduled! ❤

Wish I could give you a big hug, I also have health anxiety especially when it comes to needles & procedures. I just had 2 precancerous spots surgically removed (fellow Florida girlie) and it gave me so much anxiety but at the end of the day I’m glad I got checked and will be better about sunscreen going forward. Anyways thinking of you lots of love ❤

I love your decision! Was in a 10yr relationship and we lived together for prob 7 years out of the 10. Ended up moving to the east coast with him and everything. Broke up a year ago and I’m living alone for the first time at 31. I’m dating someone new and obviously I wouldn’t even think of moving in yet since it’s new, but I wish I lived alone a long time ago! I loveeee living alone ❤️😍 ty for always sharing your life and being honest, we all love you for that!

I had some blood tests a while back and a few of my levels were off, but I took them again, and it turns out I was just dehydrated so maybe take them again in a few weeks!

I would totally look into a therapist that specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as a therapy modality (used commonly for OCD and Anxiety- obsessive thoughts, ruminating, avoidance and compulsions,) it could really really help in addressing your health anxiety in a safe and calculated manner! You are absolutely not alone in this fear and I hope you find a new therapist that comforts and supports you in the way your previous one did.
Don’t worry about reading the blood results until you have a doctor look over them for you- it could just be a matter of adding and subtracting supplements. You got this!
