  Someone please tell me how to remove the drawers of this fridge. It is not intuitive, there’s no instructions in the owners manual and Miele is not returning my emails. Maddening.

  0:18 Unfortunately, the racks are regular steel. Once the nylon is penetrated, they will rust out. Nylon-coated stainless racks would have been a great premium feature.

  I really do like this stove. I need more “spec” info though eg electric requirements. Also, is the body of the stove sealed or closed up? It would be so helpful to show what the back of the stove looks like.

  I love the look, but I bought Rohl Graceline (french brass) fixtures for my entire master bathroom (over $10k just in fixtures for one bathroom) and they are built terribly :( The sink/shower handles are 2-piece and super jiggly...my plumber will tighten them and the'll be loose again by the next day. On top of this, the colors vary dramatically between the sink faucets, shower heads/knobs, and tub filler. Any insight??

  I have a Dacor built in column fridge and separate freezer. The fridge has failed three times in three years! Had to throw out all my food three times! Dacor refuses to replace and is a complete nightmare to deal with! I would never buy this unit again. What are you to do when it lasts only 6 months after last repair before quitting. I would have ripped it out already if I did have to buy both units and rebuild the space for other units! DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE AND FREEZER UNITS!

  Whirlpool Customer support does not exist. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL. When the product doesnt work. No technicians to help. They dont show up for appointments. Leaving me with a $800 paperweight that should be a refridgerator. Hours on hold trying to get a hold of customer service who cant help you at all! so disappointing. will never buy again!
