  Sir, you explained PAS 36 excellently. Sa inyo ko lang po nagets yung "WHYs" behind PAS 36. I've watched other video lectures about PAS 36 pero di ko magets yung rationale. For me, it's really important to understand the "whys" than the "hows", kasi madali na magets ang "hows" if fully-absorbed ang "whys".

  Sir, Clarification po sa question no.1 po. Base sa C and D. Di po ba Considered na conditional si C po sir kasi po isa lang po ang below 65% with general average more than 75%. If looking at D grade po naka pass po cya with 65% of 4 subjects. A failed bcoz hindi po umabot 75% ung average nya at si b. Condi po kasi majority or 4 subject more or less 75%? C po ung average nya 78% pero isa lang po below 65% na subject. Edit: ung 64% po ni C sir pwd po ba mag retake if more than 65% po sir, dba pass na po yun? Thanks po sa clarification.

  Hi, Sohayle. Failed yung C since may 64 sya. Hindi sya condi since 3 lang yung at least 75% nya. Kung naka 65% sa Tax, pass na yun.

  To pass dapat ma meet BOTH of the following: 1. GWA of at least 75%; AND 2. No grade below 65%. Sa letter D lang na meet yun.

  @@ReyOcampoOnline yes sir, na tackle napo natin yan sa discussion pero sir di po ba natin pwd i approach ang BOA to considered as condi si C na grades kasi naka pasok po sa GWA of 75% category ehh since na condi po ung B na may 37% ang sakit po yan kai C if actual grades yan.

  B - condi because majority (4) = 75% Whereas C - failed but GWA = 78% with (1) subject 64% If there is consideration sir, baka pwd po condi ung C na retake ung isang subject na yon. Maybe BOA can consider po sir, thanks po nang marami for the reviews 😊

  @@xohayle That is kung matyaga ng BOA na i check yung details per examinee. Pwede siguro mabigyan ng consideration. Pero pag nagsasagot ng exam questions, hindi yun kino consider.

  hello po sir, kaya po ba current liability ung sa year 2021 na principal kasi ayun ung hindi pa nababayaran kahit 2020 po ung namention na year sa question?

  Hi, Coleen. Yung current liability is yung portion ng lease liability (P1,243,445) due to be settled within 12 months (P375,655) from Dec. 31, 2020. The rest is non-current.
