Chris Thile /Punch Brothers break up songs speaks to my heart and soul. The dude can definitely write beautiful poetic music that's for sure.

This video was my first exposure to Punch Brothers and the true genius of Chris Thile. I did a KZread search for "Radiohead cover" and wound up here; it was rather organic, algorithm notwithstanding. All these years later and I'm a huge fan, getting to watch him take his place as the acoustic musician of his generation. Thanks for that.

another amazing nickel creek tune ruined by all the stupid people that love to clap. Save the clapping for the end you dirty stinky hippie idiots. Fools! They already changed the rhythm of the song when they say "town-o" "town-o". They changed it so it is right ON the beat, because everybody insists on singing during that part and they do it wrong, which messes the band up. Stop! Listen. Listen to The one and only Thile.

I agree...with Mozart, there is no such thing as 'too many notes'. For one, such was the ...'style', and expected norm of the pieces composed during the Baroque period....also, each 'section' is basically composed of the very same note and chord progression, but with each iteration, 'more detail'.. and therefore more notes are added to each iteration throughout the movement.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion but saying that this cover is better than the original is just retarded. Its slightly different and PB are proficient, and you can "like" PB better, but it isn't a "better" version.
