The narrator is wrong about when Fish left. He left after Clutching at Straws was completed, in 1988 ... All the vocals on Clutching at Straws are still sung by him.

1989 The band's history is generally regarded in two distinct eras, separated by the departure of original lead singer Fish in late 1988 and the arrival of his replacement Steve Hogarth in early 1989.

singer Fish Clutching at Straws is the fourth studio album by the British neo-prog band Marillion, released on June 22, 1987. It was the last album with lead singer Fish, who left the band in 1988, and is a concept album.

Yes. Thank-you. I just want to add that Clutching at Straws is just as powerful an album as Misplaced Childhood, maybe even more so considering the circumstances.

Acording to the guy who was in charge of the overall sound of Wembley, it wasn't possible for Queen to turn up the volume. They had to remain within the legal decibel limits Queen simply had better audio on the day because they had one of the best sound engineers in the world in Trip Kaliph.

Let’s be honest MARILLION are effectively a “one hit wonder” band with KAYLEIGH,it’s a great song admittedly but you ask 100 average people off the street that’s arnt diehard fans of there’s to name as many MARILLION songs as they can,I’d put money on it that probably 95 of them could only say KAYLEIGH and a few more maybe at a push could name LAVENDER,hence why they are one hit wonders,I use the “100 people off the street” analogy to always work out how many hit wonder a particular band/singer is.

“Although the band broke up in 1986, that didn’t stop the song being released in 1979”. No, I guess it wouldn’t since the broke up seven years after it was released. This AI voiceover isn’t Artificial Intelligence, it’s Actual Idiocy.

Kevin Shield's has stated he loved the Birthday Party and their guitarist Rowland S Howard. In the documentary on Rowland, "Autoluminescant" Kevin stared he was the first guitarist he saw where he couldnt understand how the sounds came out of a simple setup of a jaguar with Rowland's brilliant use of the trem bar with a Roland twin reverb and one effect pedal and Roland's controlled feedback.

Thats absolutely right on..👍🏻💯 waters was threatened by Gilmore. He didn't have to be waters is a brilliant musician..a c*nt as a person i don't believe he stands for anything.. other than the obvious.. himself. Pink Floyd are still my favourite band and one of the greatest bands that came from our country. The Beatles are like the best in the bloody universe😅but Pink Floyd moved people like meself.. their music is uncanny. Waters in think is still hung up on the past.
