  @Vinod Kumar P V Jim reminds me of a cry baby at little league wearing the most expensive baseball glove that daddy bought him, but daddy isn't at any of his games, ever because he is too busy in a work meeting. Jim also teases all the other kids for wearing inferior gloves and then wonders why no one will play with him or why he has no friends 🙄

  Ruby lake unfortunately is not recreational. The most you could possibly do is fish, no water crafts are allowed on the lake itself. Yes, it is a gas stove community. Are you looking for recreational lake near there?

  Ruby Lake in Orlando in this is different from Lake Ruby in Winter Haven,FL. Lake ruby in winter Haven is a recreational lake and water crafts are allowed there. If you want more detail you can text or call me 407-680-1300

  I guess if you're buying a 2 million dollar house, you pay someone to keep your pool completely clean of bugs and leaves. I couldn't imagine owning a pool in florida without a pool screen.

  Yes of course, it's very popular to have a pool cleaning company here .Just like lawn services also very popular. People normally get both of those at any price point of home here. I personally would have a full screen 100% of the time . Do you live here in Florida?

  Thanks for your input but there isnt such a rule central Fl. If it has forced air and closet space with a door it could be considered a room. In that building alot of people use that space as an office or guest room. Have you seen them in that building before?

  The hallways in this house are so narrow, so I don’t think a 6 foot 5 inches guy can not move so easily through the narrow hallways. It doesn’t appeal to large people with talk height!. No good for big people or handicap people. Just trash!. 👎

  Why is open floor popular ? I don’t like it. Why have an electric stove Gas do much better . Why new houses get rid of it . Some of the doors are to small

  Hey Coz to be honest it has become more popular more than likely because of TV. In the end to each their own. IN Florida electric stoves are more common because not all locations are connected to gas. You do see them in some communities because there is still a market of people (mostly northerns) who still want them. Even if the home doesn't not have it, they can be installed with an exterior if not under ground.
