I’m a German student currently living in Spain! You are such a motivator to others. As an autistic person, I always love to take care of myself because where I am based which is in the UK, a lot of people are struggling to eat healthy foods as it may not be tasty for them 😂😂😂😂. Emalin, you are really beautiful girl and I love the way you are able to express yourself and to inspire others who are struggling to feel good about themselves. Also, the part when you said that being the best version of yourself in terms of habits, for me I love that because as an autistic person, I wanna put myself out there in terms of my lifestyle and healthy habits. I’m even so lucky that I’m doing Sports Apprenticeship currently and eating a lot of nutrition foods as I want to become good about myself. There are a lot of people who have the same condition as me struggling to eat more fruit and vegetables and constantly eating processed foods on daily basis, this comes to the lack of knowledge about healthy eating.

For a morning routine, i find that making the first step of the routine something that you do for someone else and not yourself motivates you more. For example, nowdays I am the one who feeds our dogs in the morning (because no one else in the family knows what medication my dog needs) and because of that i am forced to get up and start my day. Maybe waking up and doing breakfast for your family would be an other variation of this. It's just a suggestion but it really helped me. Before, I wasn't motivated enough to get up and do my skincare in the morning, but if It's something I do for my dog than I can wake up early. Hope this helps someone < 3
