Whoever vetted and cleared this kid at the hiring stage is the one who needs to be arrested! In my opinion 21 YO is too young to be a police officer anyway. Let them Cadet at 21 but sworn officer at 25 YO should be the min age requirement. BTW- That fat cop needs a shave too! This was bizarre and fascinating at the same time.

She clearly took advantage of him, knowing he had no clue to what she was talking about nor what he was hauling. In most cases, if the load is preloaded, you can't break the seal to check to see what you're hauling. You can only go off BOL's. This lady is just what I call a dummy with a badge.
