  That is probably the best and most poular method. Other things that could be done: - Comb/brush through hair till detangled and bunch it (hair tie, beanie, sleep cap) - Like with oil, use conditioner (preferably watered down) applying small amounts on ends - Cold water helps deliver oxygen and reduce breakage for hair and scalp - Having a regular trim on ends will effectively help with keeping it clean and sleek

  I know this video is 4 years old, but now they are saying there's a shortage of pharmacists. Retail is offering signing bonuses for new hires. Several years make a huge difference. Also, there are so many paths to take after your PharmD. I've been networking and the sheer range of job titles and experiences are expansive. Sorry it didn't work for you, but I think Pharmacy school is still a great idea if you really love the profession and helping people.

  I’m honestly glad you have such a positive outlook on it! I fear that there’s a shortage bc of the working conditions/insurance hurdles/metrics pressures etc… :/ pressure on the medical professionals in general has become an enormous problem. I still face some of that in dental hygiene, but at the end of the day the flexibility on hours and high pay has made me very happy with my decision! I do agree with you that if it is your passion, you will find alternate routes that are fulfilling and worth it! Thanks for the comment 👍🏼

  You're so pretty! I love that blue dress on you - it was absolutely perfect. I have a silk dress similar in cut to your rehearsal dinner dress. I think silk has to be cut on a bias for the drape, but I have the same complaint that it feels like it's twisting. I came across your video after looking at Lulus for a wedding guest dress and your thoughts on the silk dress are making me feel like its a good idea to order something else. Thanks!

  Just thinking of a few of my favorite moments from Olivia and Reagans Wedding on May 11th 2024. First, the dinner with the Keogh’s at the Mexican Restaurant Thursday night. Then on Friday, the rehearsal dinner where we got to know some of Olivia and Reagans friends a bit better - So impressed with this bunch of outstanding people. Then the Calvary arrived Friday morning to assemble the flowers and things while the girls all got ready in the Bridal Suite. The groomsman had a great Jimmy Johns lunch back at the Hotel Indigo just prior to getting dressed and heading over to the venue. Back at the venue it was picture time and folks started trickling in. Next, Olivia and I shuffled up to the top deck and awaited our que to walk down the aisle. Watching Reagans happy and emotional face as I brought Olivia down the aisle was really something. Then came the biggest and most wonderful part of the ceremony -Reagan and Olivia’s wedding vows. Wow! Incredible to say the least. Then Top of the World played as they were announced Man and Wife. (my family knows that is my favorite song and I only play it upon achieving a significant goal in life). Next up cocktails and visiting while we switched the plan to inside for dinner due to a rain storm. The entrances: brides’ maids, groomsman, and the newlyweds. After dinner I really enjoyed Alec and Emma’s speeches, especially liked the analogy of how Reagan joining the team made Alec’s stats go up and related that to how Olivia and Reagan make each other even better. Finally, back outside on the rooftop overlooking the city skyline all lit up at night, we had the special dances with the videos and everyone danced in the rain and had a really great time. Thanks to everyone who made the effort to come out for this very special occasion. We really appreciate you being there!
