  My earbuds stopped playing sound randomly, the Bluetooth was connected, the sound on my phone was working fine, the earbuds were making noise when I turned them on or off but they refuse to play my music, I don’t know what’s wrong and I don’t know how to fix it and the factory reset did nothing

  My friend. I want you to know that I stopped using this exact pair of raycons because of this issue and I couldn't find a fix. Today I broke one of mine while riding my scooter so I searched for this solution. I'm in a park right now and this fix worked perfectly.   Thank YOU!!!!!! It took me 2 tries but finally! I’d lost my right earbud over a month ago. I was making my bed one day & the thing went flying. I have literally turned my bedroom upside down to no avail. So, I just wrote them off🙄thinking I’d officially LOST MY MIND. Then, I just happened to be looking in the container that holds my paintbrushes. I keep said container in a large caddy with my paint stuff. OMG, I haven’t been this excited in a hot minute❤🎉🎊👏🏽Thank YOU, you’ve made my week!

  Make sure the buds are disconnected from all but the one device to which you want them paired.

  Yes!!!! A million thanks. I spent hours trying to figure this out. I watched other videos that suggested closing the charger/case lid with something in the case to press the buttons. But NO ONE told me I had to disconnect the buds from my phone/device. Thank you!!!

  Just here to tell everyone from personal experience that you have to unpair the earbuds from EVERY device that it is paired to. Nintendo switch, previous phone you still have lying around, etc. Don’t make my mistake or else this method won’t work💀

  I've tried this a hundred and 1 times and it's not working. I've followed the directions seamlessly. I just got these like a week ago and they're not paired with anything currently but when I look they show up as two separate devices, each ear bud

  My earbuds dont have a sync issue my ear buds case is fully charged but it wont charge the buds and i did the common stuff to do as far as cleaning the ports and everything
