    Thanks! one question. I've looked at the courses you offer on eBay. The level 1 instructor course contains the first 3 forms, year 1, 2 and 3. Can I buy that course and work toward becoming a instructor, or is it better to buy the year 1, 2 and 3 separately? If I'm making sense. I'm 43 and have 26 years practising and teaching martial arts including 12 years Escrima and 7 years Jiu Jitsu. I've recently become obsessed with the idea of learning Wing Chun: ) and would love to work towards becoming a instructor.

    What I was meaning to say is, is there a prerequisite to buying and studying the level 1 instructor course?

    @twitchuk the dummy does not give you sensitivity, the dummy teaches you how to release force and with the aid of good posture and structure when the dummy bounces back you will not be bounced back too... thats the quick and short answer for a great dummy google sifu stephen dyde

  • @twitchuk
    @twitchuk14 жыл бұрын

    Great video, if I may do you gain more sensitivity doing the Dummy form or is improved more by doing Chi Sau? I've started studying WC this year and am about to take my level 3 grading on Siu Lim Tao, when I come round to learning the Mook which would you say is better, a free standing Dummy, a wall mounted one, or is more a personal choice?

    Actually ignore that comment, you were leaning back, i didnt see because of the camera angle.

  • @kelly980
    @kelly98015 жыл бұрын

    lean back a bit in your stance so that your thighs and torso form a straight line. This benefits you in many ways, especially with turning and anything that involves turning like blocks, punches and lap saus.
