  Love the new Design on your Car Are your SC7 275/30 R19 faster then your SC7 265/35 R18 ? My 265/30 R19 SC7 has only around 235mm wide of thread, and my buddy's 265/35 R18 SC7 around 255mm... So it should be faster because of the more rubber, but it shows it did not. I really don't understand why and your experience would help me a lot 🫶🏼

  @@LeoZanardi thx :) its has different shims and I have stiffer springs. No wide arches, just rolled fenders.

  Du kör otroligt bra, och har en otroligt fint byggd bil, 1.28.6 var det bästa tiden? Det är ju svårt när de kör och sladdar mellan ”gå fort passen” det blir halt, men hade du kört flera varv så du hade hög däckstemp eller, för det verkar som att din fyrhjulsdrivna bil sladdade mycket mer än vad de bakhjulsdrivna m2 gjorde…😅

  Tack :) Körde 1,24,6 där sist. På Bimmers va det bara lek å följa efter andra för skoj. Jag körde däcken för varma några tillfällen förutom att driftingen gjorde banan hal. Jag kör gatdäck och de andra kör semi-slicks.

  @@Toca_driver wow 1.24.6 måste väl vara f20 rekord på Mantorp 😊💪✨🏁 Vad har du för toppfart på långrakan? Får du aldrig ”torque limiter” på 6:ans växel? Min gick ofta in i safemode på 6:an i ca 200kmh, fast jag hade m135 och de har kanske klenare zf8 låda

  Older video but I just got a 2006 cooper s. I've installed 15% reduction pulley, TPE chargepipe, 60mm core intercooler, modified intake, ultra gauge, wideband, and JCW exhaust. It's space blue metallic super nice color.

  It has a bigger turbo so stage 3. Running 550hp in this lap. Custom tune at Stertman Motorsport. Gearbox is xHP stage 3.

  I drive this tyre on my daily (RS3 GY). Excellent level of grip and car turns in precise -considering it‘s ‚only‘ an UUHP💁‍♂️ Also fast in the wet. a little bit more sensitive with the grip line which you should avoid anyway in the rain.

  RS3 is a diva💃in the wet because of the rear diff in combination with wider front tyres🙄 but with SC7 it becomes fast👍

  They are about the same actually. They get hot if u push them multiple laps but that does the cup2 as well. The ar1 are so noisy and the shoulder tenses to wear out on them so I like the contis. Good wear and price. And if it’s damp or rain they are totally amazing.

  What a great Conti SC7 ad! What pressures do you drive warm? Can you use the same cold pressure or are they very sensitive for too low pressure with curbs etc? Less negative camber compared to a semi-slick because they are technically UHPs? This will be my next tyre for sure

  Its a great tyre. I run around 2,3 warm but I don’t go out much lower. So I drive and lower the pressure until it’s stable. I drive a little more negative camber than i do with semis. I run 275/30 19 so not much sidewall so curbs are not the best to mess with. I drive faster with sc7 than cup2.

  Depends which race engine you’re talking about. F1 - yes, most others - no. This is a b58 and they’ll run all day long stock internals on a track, it’s about having the hardware attached to help the engine run consistently so, rather than just hoping for the best. If your air and cooling system is properly designed then you’ll generally have no problems as long as you regularly maintain the vehicle, oil change filter changes etc. Hardware always fails before blocks fail!

  ​​@@Toca_driver 2,3 hot? Uff that sounds little for a road tire. What's the weight of your car? Did you adjust by feel only or have you checked via thermal image as well? I get mine tomorrow, 245/40/19, but my little EV weighs 1820kg. Had Pilot Sports prior to the SC7s and the Optimum pressures were 2,7-2,8 hot.. dialed in via thermal image and a pro driver ...alignment of car and pressures Set up for spirited driving on Mountain and backroads.. Cool vids btw. Your car is moving😊

  @nextlp It depends on setup and the weight/width etc. this works for me. I don’t go out low temp. I set pressure than drive then hot and lower the pressure when higher. Thanks :)

  Vi kör samma turbo setup. Jag har bättre soppapump. Vi hade båda med oss lite e85 ner till Tyskland. Jag körde lite mer effekt än Erik i detta klipp.

  @@Toca_driver CR-S are very different to AR1.. They have more durable shoulder wear.. But, still nankang wear though.. NS2r, AR1, CR-S all suffer from a bit of shoulder wear..

Great run, nice driving😎your initial corner speeds are quite a bit lower than mine were staggered with semis but I’m guessing the conti is a full road tyre? If so still seems like a nice “fast road” tyre as they say

  Yea it’s a road tyre but with pretty good performance. :) Here I have an aggressive setup with toe out in rear so I am a little bit careful in the turn in on the corners. Not setup for nordschlife.
