Menerjemahkan teks dengan kamera I am your subscriber, sir. Please ask how to modify the Torque Rod in the Pinion Gear? . All this time I have been observing why no one has modified the Pinion Gear. The info is that by modifying the Pinion Gear you can lighten the steering. Thank you very much in advance, I am waiting for your answer and vlog
Is this a hydraulic power steering and not electronic as in my Toyota etios. I had a contessa years ago but it didn't have power steering and no way to lubricate with steering box oil so I suggested my mechanic who was a bit reluctant but finally agreed to do what I told him, I wanted him to make 2 holes in the rack casing ( housing) and give two grease nipples and after packing grease the steering was smooth as butter. Can I do the same on my etios which has power steering
Not at all, power steering has its own lubricants with the power steering oil 🛢️
Ya I call BS on that job
I didn't get it, can you explain your point please 🤔
@automotivespot Cool, may I know if it's ok for you to review our foam cannon S V3.0?Thanks in advance!

Facing wobbling in scorpio N hydrolic sterring above 80 speed According to workshop team Every thing is fine like suspension disc plates breakes, tyres Can you help me in this ??
The wobbling in a hydraulic steering system at speeds over 80 mph can be caused by tire imbalance, wheel alignment issues, suspension problems, loose steering components, hydraulic fluid issues, damaged steering damper, wheel bearing problems, brake rotor issues, aerodynamic effects, and wheel/tire issues. A thorough inspection by a qualified technician is necessary to diagnose and address the specific cause for safe. driving

What is the great explanation for steering pinion operation explanation 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉

if there is oil leakage around the rubber at the valve what could be the main reason, which part need replacement?
The reason could be a damaged or worn-out seal within the valve assembly. Typically, the part that needs to be replaced would be the valve seal to stop the leakage. It's important to diagnose and address the issue promptly to prevent further damage to the power steering system.
Keep it up❤
Thanks for your valuable comment ☺️
Nice video❤
Glad you liked it!
Poor method og spreading the compound. Uneven spread and Uneven pad polishing.
Thanks for your feedback, if you know the right way, please let me know well
@@automotivespot Just like you paint the surface, you should spread the entire area. The machine should run vertically or horizontally .
Not painted the entire surface. It was just a guide for beginners. Secondly the first one was used for spreading while the second step was polishing.
@@automotivespot guide the newbies on a scrap panel first and then on the actual customer car. You can respray thr scrap panel and prepare for another round or for another student. This isn't the way to teach on actual car.
A great advice. Thank you 👍🏼 will try to do this roo

If I have metal shavings in my power steering system should I replace my rack and pinion or flush and replace pump only??
Metal shavings in your power steering system could indicate a serious issue. It's recommended to thoroughly inspect the system to identify the source of the shavings. If the damage is extensive, replacing the rack and pinion might be necessary. Flushing the system and replacing the pump alone may not address the root cause.
Replacement a must

А потом новая коробка и в магазин 😂
Hahaha 🤣 not at all 😒
It's a fake, not cleaning
So what's that ?
It's cleaning of sparkplugs and then adjusting the gap as per manual to reuse
@@automotivespot I just mean that good cleaning of the insulator of spark plug electrodes could be done using a sandblasting machine or by chemical means.
Exactly you are right, but for low level it can be done like this, if you don't have budget for sand blasting setup.
Thanks a lot, well explained

@@automotivespot This is an engine valve adjuster.
Exactly 💯
My reservoir was leaking from the steering pump, after which i sealed the steering pump (Fixed).. and then the leak stopped.. but the steering is hard after running the car for like 5/10mins it become somehow heavy while the car is on drive(D) and vehicle is stop (lets say a traffic stop and not moving) this is when its becomes impossible to turn the steering. Do you have any ideal the cause or fix for this?
There are several reasons for the problem as you mentioned here, and the reasons are as follows 1.malfunctioning power steering pump 2.worn power steering belt 3.faulty power steering control valve Check these three, hopefully you ll get the main reason for your problem. Thank you
Thank you i will check on these.
Pleasure 😊

Thanks Nice and clear demonstration, I have a problem, when I park the vehicle for 8 hours the oil level reach to maximum and once engine starts the oil level becomes at min level... please advise what could be the possible reason...
The most likely reason for the power steering oil reaching the maximum level when the vehicle is parked for 8 hours and then going to the minimum level when the vehicle is started and driven is that there is a leak in the power steering system. When the vehicle is parked for an extended period, the power steering oil settles at the bottom of the reservoir, and any leaks in the system allow air to enter the system, which causes the oil level to drop. When the vehicle is started and the power steering system is engaged, the pump draws in air instead of oil, which causes the power steering to feel weak or "sluggish" and the oil level to drop further
Great
Thank you ☺️
