It's amazing how its "all buzz and no roar" when situated in front of a JT8D - the greatest engine ever mounted on an airliner...

I really enjoyed viewing your video. It bought back memories of the many times I flew from ORD to DFW on the MD-80 even a few times on the MD-11. Yes, that was back in the 1990's.

Even his planes made sense back in the day - Utility, Function, Dependability, Form...well, beauty wasn't so much a concern and I can respect that. Like a Fordson tractor, the Tri-Motor worked and did the job. Henry Ford was a practical, no-nonsense, kinda' guy who I don't think would be happy with what they've done to his company or his product line..

I csn only imagine the horror of watching the left wing engine fall at takeoff, then 20 seconds later hanging onto your seat as it rolled 90 degrees and started to fall from the sky. Those poor people! Luckily the roll to the left was over in 10 seconds but when that engine broke off anyone seeing it had to know!
Brought back my child hood memories that 70's interior. I remember getting on a DC10 thinking I was on a 747 seeing with the 9 seats across. 😆. MD11 replaced this and those are gone now also..

Aww the good old 120 brings back a lot of memories. My dad flew this plane for 15 years he even flew for sky west and that very plane. She’s a good bird but noisy, there fazing them out because of that, people just don’t like them.

Flying on this plane gave me an uncontrollable horrible fear of flying. I was 13 and there was pretty decent turbulence, was shaking nonstop for 5 minutes and banking (ik banking is normal but it was terrifying for me in that situation). I was crying when we got above the clouds and the flight attendant comforted me. I absolutely LOVED flying before that day, was a shame

I’m surprised Bahamasair didn’t upgrade to the Q400.
