This ship is ok if you are 85 years old the music puts you asleep,when you get a cup of coffee or tea the cups are all cracked they have no chocolate milk on the ship the service in the dining room takes three hour to eat so we just ate at the buffet the food was better there and faster the chairs on the balcony are very old and the people that work in the buffet or dining room cough all over so we both came home sick fun fun I would stay away from this ship .

Wow! Very impressed the way the shots were framed, the editing, and the music. What software did you use? Where did you get the drone shots? Excellent all around!

Thanks I use Davinci Resolve to cut the video, the stock drone stuff is from Motion Array and the music from Epidemic Sound. Its amazing what you can get now to enhance your own stuff. (Albeit at a price)

I love your video. You did a great job of filming. What type of camera were you using? My wife and I will be going on a Panama Canal cruise on board the Emerald Princess for Xmas and New Year. I hope we have as much fun as you did. I'll try to use some of your filming techniques with my action camera.

Thanks Mac. Most of it was filmed on an IPhone Pro Max with a few on a GoPro Hero9 black. I’ve had fancy video cameras in past but the quality and portability of the iPhone is fantastic and is my go to camera and video.

So I am guessing that you only did the ten day Caribbean cruise and not a Panama full transit? the ship looks 80% empty. Looks like you had a good time.

Yes it was the 10 day cruise. The ship was at about 50% capacity which was great during the day but lacked atmosphere in the evening.

Thanks. I use semi professional software called Davinci Resolve for video editing. There is a free version of it for mac and PC which is excellent but takes a bit of effort to master.

Just returned from Villa Maison Mendos. This is a stunning villa finished to the highest standard. We had the best week and would have loved to have stayed longer! We were so amazed by how stunning the villa and its surroundings were, then just to top it all off a wild tortoise came to greet us! We called her Dierdre and she loves cherries! She visited every day :-) Thanks Steve & Jan for sharing your amazing Villa with us, you are very lucky to have such an amazing place in a fab location x
