  Hi, could you please tell me which adapter kit you purchased for connecting to the turbo? On "mercadolivre" I can find two adapter kits, the first one exhaust manifold is black and the second one is silver.

  It is depending on the Turbo you want to use. Also you need to be aware that the OM314 is used in other vehicles then de Mercedes 508D.

  the pressure is fine for me, and yes you can tune the fuelpump a little to increase it even more.

  what is the brand of turbo? Is it single scroll or twin scroll?

  It is a AP240 Garrett Turbo. It is a Brazilien build turbo, but is equal to the one used on the OM364A and OM314A (MB-trac)

  Max. Boost is around 0.6 bar overpressure.

  I am around 110 hp without intercooler now. With intercooler i think I should be able to get a little more, but I am happy with the way the van drives now.

  well just for now not, I just drove a 5000 km tour around France and Spain, climbing a lot of mountains. And had no issues with the cooling, or oiltemperturs.

  The turbo is added to a stock 314.....The engine, atleast the last series, are suitable for applying low pressure turbo's. The Turbo I use is stil a stock OM314/OM364 Turbo, used on the MB-Trac 900 Turbo, and OM364 with 110+hp. Only thing what is to take in account is that you need to have an adapter from the manifold to the turbo (I had a kit for that) and you need to adjust the smake limiter a little, to gain a little more power at the end.

  @@jpdt7936 that is a very difficult question to answer. The kit is from Brasil, but getting it is a hard bargan and you need local contacts for it. There the manufacturer and the shops you can purchase it from don't do buisness abroad.
