This arc is gonna be awesome. ^_^ “Murder Girl’s” name is Übel, and I believe it means something like “evil.” The white haired guy’s name is Wirbel, and I believe it meant something like “whirl.” The older gentleman with the spectacles and magnificent mustache is Denken, and I believe it meant something like “thinking.” These names and their meanings are pretty close between German and English because they are cognates. So we have Evil Übel, Whirling Wirbel, and Thinking Denken. It’ll be easy to remember their names this way. ^_^

For real this was so intense! This was when all politeness went out the window and they really laid into each other. You never see arguments like this in anime. Typically it’s only one hurtful line that comes out and then it stops everything. And the two arguing leave hurt. These two were really “biting and kicking low” for sure haha! These really cut deep. But it also was so well done they let out so much emotion and reconciled the same day. Such a strong bond these two have now. You can really only talk like that to those your are extremely close to.

We just rewatched it now see the connection and it was a bit out of place for him to talk about two swords and to say that a bit randomly. Did a lot of reactors you watch make this connection? Even after rewatching it doesn’t seem super obvious he’s taking about the two women in his life. Rudy might have to do three sword style actually lol

Yeah we didn’t immediately understand that was tamayo sorry about that! The kamaboko squad are: Tanjiro Kamado Zenitsu Agatsuma Nezuko Kamado Kanao Tsuyuri Inosuke Hashibira Aoi Kanzaki Genya Shinazugawa 🤔 I think the only ones we tend to forget are aoi and kanao not exactly sure why probably because they do not appear in the anime as often as the other members. We try very hard to remember all the characters from all the anime we react to but ultimately sometimes we can have moments of forgetfulness. Apologies.

its possible that they're schedules don't line up because of each other's deadline. Being a mangaka on weekly release basis is really a consumes most of their time. Sample the world trigger manga had a year hiatus due to mangaka had some time off due to health issues

The screenwriter’s name is Goa, not Gao. ^_^ I felt so bad for him. But I can sympathize with both his feelings and the mangaka’s. Certainly middle-men and executives only concerned about production schedules and profit may not put the interests or feelings of the creative-types into consideration. As you said, if the screenwriter and the mangaka could have sat down in a meeting at the very beginning, it would have saved a lot of time and headaches. Executives getting in the way of the writers could really ruin a production. I heard that two awesome writers (one being the writer of Re: Zero) worked on the script for Isekai Suicide Squad, and I heard the writing was surprisingly mediocre. I wonder if DC Comics executives interfered with their creativity. I haven’t seen any episodes yet, so I can’t give any opinion myself on the story writing. And on the flip side, I wonder what the writers or mangakas thought of horrible anime or live-action movies adaptations of their work… such as the “Attack on Titan” live action movie, “Promised Neverland” season 2 anime, “Dragonball Z Evolution” live action movie, Netflix’s “Death Note” live action series, etc. ^_^;; They really know how put end the episodes with mild cliffhangers, such as the first episode’s “Zenbu” utterance and this episode’s date declaration. I wanted to see them on the date so bad, lol.

Remember that from the time Tanjiro met Tamayo, (or perhaps even before that) she began working on medicine to turn demons back into humans. That’s why she requested a sample of blood from Nezuko along with the blood of powerful demons Tanjiro would defeat. I don’t know if she really perfected though… I feel like it’s a bluff though, because if it were true, the story would end fairly quickly if Muzan lost his demon powers. Regarding giving Muzan time to recover after the explosion: if you think about it, that was a huge explosion, and Tamayo and Gyomei had to have been a bit always from that mansion, otherwise they’d be caught up in it too. They probably were in another mansion nearby, and after the explosions went off, they rushed to it. That’s why they were able to fight Muzan before the other Hashira could even converge on the scene. What an exciting finish that was… it was so epic. I thought this season was going to be boring when I heard it was a “training arc” but not only did it have some nice flashback episodes (like Giyu’s background), this final episode was one of the best episodes in the entirety of Demon Slayer. I can’t wait for the movies!

There are only 3 movies left and I've never read the manga but i expect it'll literally just be them fighting the upper moons and then fighting muzan. so actually the story kind of is ending quickly. It seemed to me that Ep. 8 was a turning point

😍 Thank you. By the way, a lot of swords appeared this time, so I'll explain how to make a Nihon toh (Japanese sword) by super easily. Nihon Toh (Japanese swords) are made from "Tamahagane" (use the iron sand) refined by the ancient Japanese "Tatara" method. This technique was perfected over more than 1,000 years of research since the Kofun period (late 3rd century - 7th century). The furnace is made of clay and fired with charcoal as fuel. Therefore, it is colder than modern blast furnaces. This produces high-purity iron that does not dissolve impurities such as phosphorus and sulfur, that is, the highest quality steel ever made. Next, the tamahagane obtained in the tatara is heated, beaten to a thickness of about 3 to 6 mm, quenched in water, and selected tamahagane with the right amount of carbon for a sword, which is then heated again and hit into a lump. The hard steel with a high carbon content is used to make the "kawagane" (skin steel) used for the surface of the blade, and the soft steel is used to make the "shingane" (core steel) that forms the core of the blade. And each of steel is burned, hit, stretched and fold in. This is done about 15 cycles for the kawagane, and about 5 to 6 cycles for the shingane. Then, put Kawagane and Singane together and burned, hit, stretched, fold and shaped. And "Yakibatuchi" (special mud) is applied. The buck side is thickly and the blade side is thinly. After dried and do the harden a sword. Then, the difference in the cooling time, creates the peculiar curve and blade crest of a "Nihon toh." And after just keep only sharpening. Nevertheless, there is a huge amount of craftsmanship required and even the most advanced science today cannot create it. Also, the best kitchen-knives today are "Sakai hit knives" made in Sakai, Osaka, using traditional techniques that have been passed down for over 600 years, and are used by 90% of Japanese professionals.

And it's easy to see that it will end with a fight the best leading role, Muzan. The beginning of the end has already come. it will probably take 7-8 years for the series to be completely end. The screenwriter’s name is Goa, not Gao. ^_^ I felt so bad for him. But I can sympathize with both his feelings and the mangaka’s. Certainly middle-men and executives only concerned about production schedules and profit may not put the interests or feelings of the creative-types into consideration. As you said, if the screenwriter and the mangaka could have sat down in a meeting at the very beginning, it would have saved a lot of time and headaches. Executives getting in the way of the writers could really ruin a production. I heard that two awesome writers (one being the writer of Re: Zero) worked on the script for Isekai Suicide Squad, and I heard the writing was surprisingly mediocre. I wonder if DC Comics executives interfered with their creativity. I haven’t seen any episodes yet, so I can’t give any opinion myself on the story writing. And on the flip side, I wonder what the writers or mangakas thought of horrible anime or live-action movies adaptations of their work… such as the “Attack on Titan” live action movie, “Promised Neverland” season 2 anime, “Dragonball Z Evolution” live action movie, Netflix’s “Death Note” live action series, etc. ^_^;; They really know how put end the episodes with mild cliffhangers, such as the first episode’s “Zenbu” utterance and this episode’s date declaration. I wanted to see them on the date so bad, lol.

Remember that from the time Tanjiro met Tamayo, (or perhaps even before that) she began working on medicine to turn demons back into humans. That’s why she requested a sample of blood from Nezuko along with the blood of powerful demons Tanjiro would defeat. I don’t know if she really perfected though… I feel like it’s a bluff though, because if it were true, the story would end fairly quickly if Muzan lost his demon powers. Regarding giving Muzan time to recover after the explosion: if you think about it, that was a huge explosion, and Tamayo and Gyomei had to have been a bit always from that mansion, otherwise they’d be caught up in it too. They probably were in another mansion nearby, and after the explosions went off, they rushed to it. That’s why they were able to fight Muzan before the other Hashira could even converge on the scene. What an exciting finish that was… it was so epic. I thought this season was going to be boring when I heard it was a “training arc” but not only did it have some nice flashback episodes (like Giyu’s background), this final episode was one of the best episodes in the entirety of Demon Slayer. I can’t wait for the movies!
There are only 3 movies left and I've never read the manga but i expect it'll literally just be them fighting the upper moons and then fighting muzan. so actually the story kind of is ending quickly. It seemed to me that Ep. 8 was a turning point

Nihon Toh (Japanese swords) are made from "Tamahagane" (use the iron sand) refined by the ancient Japanese "Tatara" method. This technique was perfected over more than 1,000 years of research since the Kofun period (late 3rd century - 7th century). The furnace is made of clay and fired with charcoal as fuel. Therefore, it is colder than modern blast furnaces. This produces high-purity iron that does not dissolve impurities such as phosphorus and sulfur, that is, the highest quality steel ever made. Next, the tamahagane obtained in the tatara is heated, beaten to a thickness of about 3 to 6 mm, quenched in water, and selected tamahagane with the right amount of carbon for a sword, which is then heated again and hit into a lump. The hard steel with a high carbon content is used to make the "kawagane" (skin steel) used for the surface of the blade, and the soft steel is used to make the "shingane" (core steel) that forms the core of the blade. And each of steel is burned, hit, stretched and fold in. This is done about 15 cycles for the kawagane, and about 5 to 6 cycles for the shingane. Then, put Kawagane and Singane together and burned, hit, stretched, fold and shaped. And "Yakibatuchi" (special mud) is applied. The buck side is thickly and the blade side is thinly.
