  Mix rice is the best way to healthy eating. 1 portion vege 1 portion meat. Or 2 portion vege 1 portion meat. Or if you need extra protein, 2 portion meat 1 portion vege. I hope malaysians will go for mix rice instead of those craving foods that we used to. After suffering high blood pressure, i realise how hazardous eating those high salt, high sugar and preservative can damage our body. Many don't realise this but mix rice is the also best way to lose weight. I used the 2 vege 1 meat portion formula and lost 15kg in few months.

  There are so many roasted pork stalls in Malaysia, particularly Klang Valley. Many claimed to be very good but I am not convinced they are as good as they claimed. But this Menglembu roasted pork is definitely very very good.

  Sandy beach is memory of Chinese Swimming Club,Tg Bunga.Learnt to swim there,use car tyre tube,paddle out 30 m CSC offshore platform as 10yr old boy. Wild sea prawn mee so fresh!   Wow! This restaurant is so full of history n traditional method of making noodles!! Such a pity, the location definitely out of the way. To go n eat is wonderful but must combine with a stopover, to try the famous BKT @Kampar town nearby ,only then worth the time. Both towns suffer after North-South highway completion. So sad.😊😢❤😍🙏

  AhQing welcome to Malacca! Admiral Cheng Ho also came bf when Ang moh, Portuguese/Dutch rule the seawave centuries ago! Similar to Petaling Street, Kl,cooking in alu foil.Perfect to eat in Dec rainy month. This style shld taste better with roast chix wings! Yummy lah. AhQing is a big fish eater!!!%$¥$€♡shiock.!❤🎉🍻🛫😍😍
