    Thanks, Todd! As for the range of Force Globe, I left out the range at which it can be cast when writing the rules. When casting it at a target, I have in my head, a 30' range. In the next update to the rules, I will add it to the spell description. Nice catch!! Thank you

Great episode and looking forward to more Delves & Dangers content like that upcoming Bestiary which sounds awesome! I would say, the only thing missing here is morale check. One of the things about Old School is that monsters are not that stupid as in 5E. They run away when most of their group have been defeated.

  • @magehammersgametable
    @magehammersgametable18 күн бұрын

    Yes. I have had that comment before. The truth is my groups have never bothered with morale even in the beginnings of our gaming group back in 1982. We started with Moldvay. We always have role played morale. If the GM felt the monsters would run, they would run. If they would stay and fight because they were zealous or grieving at the slaughter of the rest of their friends, the monsters would stay until the bitter end. It was up to the DM.

    Hey magehammer. You mentioned teaching creative writing. I'd like to pick your brain on something because it's something I'd like to improve on. Do you have any recommendations on a really good book or video series that teaches the fundamentals of grammar? Like when to use a comma and how to make your sentence structure more universally appealing. (If that makes sense.) I have looked and the ones I always find are too basic and not for native speakers. Thanks for your time. Great video btw. I really like the idea of solo playing without an oracle. I'm going to have to mess around with that.
