Sir I just had MRI and it shows Tarlov Cyst, can pl review and advice whether this cyst ia causing burning pain aty left buttock bone , as I m not able to sit more than 1 hr without pain and I'm bed ridden since last 15 days
Tarlov cyst usually doesnt cause pain. There may be some other reason.

Use previour year papers properly to frame answers using flow chart and diagrams. 60-70% paper will be direct/indirect repeats. Anatomy/embryology diagram practice, physics should be done side by side. Practice spotters and practical case presentations

Hello sir , how is MAacbook air m3 ?? If good which is better for radiology like 13 or15 inch . I thought big screen will make difference in reading CT MR scans , m i right sir ??
13 inch is good for portability and its lighter weight. But in 15 inch version, it would be better to open multiple windows/tabs and has better battery life also. Its your personal choice. I have both but 13 inch version is more convenient to carry- when i have to carry it in hand to show presentations to different different people!

Confused between dermatology and radiology .what to take ?
Dermatology is preferable if you work in some metropolitan city where your private practice will work , people can afford spending on their looks…in my personal opinion your own looks and personality also matters in dermatology as its more of cosmetology in private setup. Radiology will be safer branch !
The way Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning etc is progressing , more than half of Radiology as a stream will vanish and taken over by AI in future … I predict 5-7 years from now radiologists will start facing obsolescence.. please be cautious while opting this as a long term career
Aise bhi Radiology has stiff competition.their position is like consultant. They can earn that to limited and also hardly feel they are doctors as they cannot have direct contact with patients.
