Hi, Can I apply for an I-765 employment authorization with an approved I-360? I can't send the I-485 yet, my priority date is not current. It is about 3 years behind.

Hi I sent money tru walmart money gram from USA to Philippines. So I gave the ref no. to the recipient my sister. When she’s about to claim the money the agent told her that the status is received already then I call the customer service and they said it’s a technical error. Hi Sir good day, planning to fly to guam for SSN trip. Just have a question. Is it possible for my 5 and 7 year old kids to have an ssn even if I just bring their passports and visa packets without them entering the USA or any other US territory? Just to give you an update. With the recent electronic i-94, which the immigration officer (CBP) in the airport will immediately encode your entry. You can immediately apply for SSN the next day (in my case it was the day after). No issues and SSN registration was immediately processed. I received my SSN after 3 business days. I arrived in San Francisco Apr 22, and applied for SSN in the SSA on Apr 24.
Can I apply from my country, my church in my country will be the sponsor the have an income of more than $5 million. Also, is it possible after applying still travel to another country to preach?

Wow I had my consultation with a lawyer. Leaving on R1 visa is not easy
What did the lawyer say?
I will make it short, First thing she told me as you said your spouse can't work at all and no side gigs. Even no online business. The second thing she mentioned possibility is your spouse can applied for the R1 if the organization or denomination ordained her as pastor assistant or other functions in the church. Last for anyone looking to get a permanent resident the EB4. Apparently, the immigration made a mistake, while other people who qualified for EB4 had to wait several years, the religious worker had to wait couple months.They decided to put everyone who qualified for EB4 on the same pool as religious worker 😢. It resulted in big backlogged. Religious worker have to wait 4 to 5 years 😭😭😭 before they can their permanent residence. lots of ministers, priest can't adjust their status. They will have to leave the US and wait or re applied for R1 visa. Thank God you didn't go through this. Me and my wife will go through it. Whoever is exploring this option look into the visa bulletin issue every month on the immigration website.
@rodl4895 Thanks for sharing! That will make it difficult for many R1 visa holders to get a green card. I've been hearing about some of these challenges the past few months. I didn't realize it was this bad. Took us about 18 months in 2018-2019 to complete the green card process. In 2016, I have colleagues who completed it in 2-6 months. It would be interesting to see options for R1 holders.
@@CluelessintheUS I'm happy for you the last visa bulletin said they are processing applications from November 2020. I heard if Religious worker has a higher education they can apply for H1B visa but my lawyer advised me it's difficult to get it. I also heard from lawyers association, they are working hard to have congress come up with another type of visa for Religious worker but I don't know what's the update on it. I personally believe each denomination should gather and voice their concerns about this situation.
